Die Neuerung betrifft einen Gliederheizkessel für atmosphärische Gasbrenner . > vertikalen Heizgaszügen zw: ~hen wassr-durchströmten Kesselgliedern.The innovation concerns a sectional heating boiler for atmospheric gas burners. > vertical heating gas flues between water-flowing boiler sections.
Bei Keiz;.ngskesseln bestent das Probic daß bei redrigen Kesselwassertemperaiuren der Tau;., 'kt der Heizgas unterschritten wird ^nd daß sich Kondensat aus den Heizgasen ausscheidet. Diese Situation ist be c heu': üblichen Betriebsweise der Kessel im N-edertemperaturbereich und insbesondere während der Anfahrphase aus kaltem Zustand sehr krrusch. Beim Vorhandensein von korrosiven Stoffen im Brennstoff oder in der Verbrennungsluft treten infolge der feuchten Atmosphäre gravierende Schaden am Kessel auf. Es wurden bereits die unterschiedlichsten Maßnahmen er^.l^an, die befürchtete Kondensatbildung zu reduzieren bzw. ganz zu unterbinden. Diese Maßnahmen betreffen sowohl die Wasser- als auch die Heizgasseite, um den Einfluß des kalten Kesselwassers auf die Heizgase zu verringern. Auch regeltechnische Maßnahmen in Verbindung mit der Brenner- oder der Heizkreissteuerung sollen dem angestrebten Ziel dienen.The problem with heating boilers is that at low boiler water temperatures the dew point of the heating gas falls below the limit and condensate separates from the heating gases.
