Description

Beschreibung (betr.: PDS-Knopf Entwicklungsgruppe Minden)
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Problemstellung der Befestigung von Naht- und Bandmaterial bei Bandrekonstruktionen, insbesondere im Kniegelenksbereich aber «uch anderen Indikationen.
Üblicherweise werden bei derartigen rekonstruktiven Eingriffen d;e fixierenden oder verstärkenden Nahtenden oder Enden der Augmentationsbänder durch einen Bohrkanal im Knochen an die Knochenoberfläche ausgeleitet und hier i&ar einer Knochenbrücke zu einem zweiten Bohrkanal verknüpft, mit einer Krallenplatte ( ^ach BurrH, mit einer Schraube und Zackenscheiäii oder auch einer MetasiKranp^ isogenannter Staple) fixiert. Die Verwendung des beschriebenen Knc: fss hat de Vorteil, daß hier ein einziger Bch 'ianal notwendig ist, durch den Bs-id- und Nahtmaterial ausgeleitet wird, das Verknüpfen über dem bs^Lr ieben: &igr; Knopfsteg sichert zuverlässig gegen ein Zurückgleiten.
Die Verweisung des res^rbierbaren Knopfmateriales macht eine Materialentfernung überflüssig, die Haltbarkeit des Knopfes entspricht der des verwendeten Naht- oder Augmentationsmaterial und erfüllt damit die entsprc:'enden Belastungsansprüche.
Der Knopf läßt sich unmittelbar und besonders einfach anwenden, Beschädigung des Naht- oder Bandmateriales durch metallische Kanten oder grobe mechanische Belastung, wie bei Stapler und Schraube, oder Knochenkanten, sind nicht zu erwarten.
Die mit diesem Material durchgeführte Operation kann als Endversorgung aufgefaßt werden, da eine Metallentfernung sich erübrigt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die bislang unbefriedigt gelöste Befestigung von Naht- und Bandmaterial, das durch einen Knochenkanal ausgeleitet wird, zu vereinfachen und zu verbessern.
Erreicht ist dieses Ziel durch die Verwendung resorbierbaren Materials und den vollständigen Verzicht auf weitere Traumatisierung des Knochens im Bereich der Bohrkanalmündung.
