Mobile stage

The invention relates to a mobile stage for open-air events at changing locations, which can be set up or dismantled at each location.

Conventional stages of this type consist of individual parts that are transported to the venue using a truck or trailer and then assembled there, requiring a lot of manpower, time and effort. Dismantling the stage and loading the individual components is just as laborious.

The object of the invention is therefore to reduce the effort required for setting up, dismantling, loading and transporting a non-stationary stage.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the platform characterized in the patent claims. The invention therefore creates a mobile platform whose parts are no longer present individually, but are connected to one another in a foldable manner and arranged on a chassis. The entire platform arrangement can be folded between a folded transport position and an unfolded operating position.

In addition to a foldable stage floor, the mobile stage also contains a collapsible roof that unfolds when the floor and walls are unfolded. The chassis can, for example, be designed as a trailer, the "loading area" of which forms the middle part of the stage floor and the edges

additional floor parts are pivotably attached. In operation, these are on the same level as the floor center section and thus increase the stage footprint. In the transport position, the foldable floor parts are folded up on the edges of the floor center section so that they stand vertically on it and the mobile stage can be transported.

To further increase the platform's floor area, additional pivoting floor sections are attached to the folding floor sections, which can be moved into the transport or operating position in a similar manner.

A railing is provided on the outside of the stage base, which can be attached to the corresponding floor parts or pivotally connected to them.

When in operation, the foldable floor sections are supported by supports against the ground, which prevents the platform arrangement from tipping over and ensures that it stands securely.

The stage parts can be folded in and out using hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders.

The mobile stage according to the invention enables the stage to be set up and dismantled quickly and easily.

The mobile stage 1 shown in Fig. 1 has a stage base area 2 which essentially consists of 9 floor parts 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11. A middle floor part 3 is surrounded on its long sides by two side floor parts 4 and 8, on its transverse sides by a front floor part 6 and a rear floor part 10 and on its corners by folding parts 5, 7, 9, 11 which complete the stage base area to form a rectangle. A folding step 12 is attached to the outward-facing long side of the side floor part 8.

At the corners of the middle section of the floor, roof supports 13 are mounted so that they can pivot around an axis that is inclined in space, whereby the roof supports run diagonally upwards in the operating state, so that their upper ends come to lie approximately above the corners of the stage area 2 (see Fig. 2). The roof supports 13 carry and stretch a tent roof 14 over the mobile stage. In the transport position, the roof supports 13 are folded inwards onto the middle section of the stage 3, whereby they appear in their true length in the top view in Fig. 1 (dashed representation).

The stage center section 3 is directly assigned to a chassis 15 (Fig. 4) which forms a trailer with a drawbar 16. The stage center section therefore corresponds to the loading area of a trailer. The side floor sections 4 and 8 are attached to the stage center section 3 so that they can pivot around the respective long edges, the front floor section 6 and the rear floor section 10 are attached to the floor center section 3 so that they can pivot around the corresponding transverse sides. The folding parts 5

and 11 are pivotably attached to the side floor part 4 around the respective transverse edges, whereas the folding parts 7 and 9 are pivotably connected to the side floor part 8 around the respective transverse edges. The folding stair 12 is also pivotably connected to the side floor part 8 around the corresponding longitudinal edge.

All foldable floor parts are supported on the ground on their outsides by correspondingly foldable supports 17 (Fig. 2). The supports 17 are pivotably suspended at their respective connections to the floor parts.

Along the outer edges of the stage base, the mobile stage has a railing 18, which is interrupted in the area of the tread 12. The railing 18 is connected to the corresponding stage parts (4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11) in an articulated or pluggable manner.

If the mobile stage needs to be moved into the transport position, this is relatively easy and can be done without much effort. Folding or dismantling the railing 18, folding the roof supports 13 with the tent roof 14, which comes to rest on the middle floor part 3 when folded, folding the folding parts 5 and 11 or 7 and 9 by 180° onto the corresponding side floor parts 4 or 8, folding the folding steps 12 by 180°, swinging the side floor part 4 with the folding parts 5 and 11 up by 90°, swinging the side floor part 8 with the folding parts 7 and 9 and the folding steps 12 up by 90° and swinging the front floor part 6 and the rear floor part 10 up by 90°, so that the transport position according to Figures 3 and 4 is created. The folding and swiveling processes are automated accordingly, e.g. by pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders.

Preferably, the foldable floor parts 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 are connected to the roof supports 13, so that when the floor parts are folded, the roof supports move automatically.

If there is a need for a particularly high tent roof, the roof supports 13 can be designed as telescopic supports which can be extended and retracted.

The invention creates a mobile stage that can be quickly and easily assembled and dismantled using a one-man system.

Mobile stage with a stage floor composed of a plurality of floor parts, characterized in that the floor parts comprise a middle floor part (3) arranged on a chassis (15) and further floor parts attached thereto in an articulated manner, which can be folded into the vertical position in which they lie in a plane with the middle floor part, and into a transport position in which they do not protrude significantly laterally beyond the middle floor part. 2. Mobile stage according to claim 1, characterized in that the floor parts (4, 6, 8, 10) are each pivotably attached to one side of the rectangular chassis (15) forming the middle floor part (3). 3. Mobile stage according to claim 1, characterized in that further floor folding parts (5, 7, 9, 11) are provided which are attached to the floor parts and can be folded between an operating position and a transport position. 4. Mobile stage according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that a railing (18) is provided which surrounds the stage base along its outer edges and whose railing section is connected to the corresponding stage parts either in an articulated or pluggable manner. 7. Mobile stage according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it has foldable roof supports (13) which can be folded between an operating position and a transport position. 8. Mobile stage according to claim 7, characterized in that a foldable tent roof (14) is firmly connected to the roof supports (13), which is automatically tensioned when the roof supports are erected and folded up when the roof supports are folded in. 9. Mobile stage according to claim 7, characterized in that the roof supports (13) are each attached to the corners of the central stage part (3) formed by the chassis (15) so as to be pivotable about an axis lying obliquely in space. 10. Mobile stage according to claim 7, characterized in that roof supports (13) and stage parts (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) are connected to each other in such a way that when the floor sections are unfolded, the roof supports are automatically raised and when the floor sections are folded in, the roof supports are automatically folded in. 11. Mobile stage according to one of claims 7 to 10, characterized in that the roof supports (13) can be extended and retracted telescopically. 12. Mobile stage according to one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that both the folding mechanisms and the telescopic extension and retraction of the roof supports (13) are carried out hydraulically or pneumatically.
