Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von längeren Spannbetonkörpern in geheizten Schalungen Bei der Herstellung von längeren Körpern aus Spannbeton in geheizten Schalungen entstehen in den Betonkörpern sehr oft Querrisse. Diese Querrisse verschwinden zwar wieder nach dem Lösen der auf dieBewehrungwirkenden Spannvorrichtung, d. h. bei der Übertragung der Vorspannkraft auf denBeton. DieseQuerrisse sind jedoch unerwünscht, da sie den Betonkörper in der späteren Zugzone unterbrechen und demgemäß die Betonzugfestigkeit nicht mehr zur Aufnahme von Zugkräften herangezogen werden kann. Es hat sich nämlich gezeigt, daß die Hauptursache der Bildung der Querrisse darin zu sehen isst, @daß nach dem Abstellen der Heizung .infolge der eintretenden Abkühlung der Betonkörper eine Zusammenziehung und Verkürzung des Betons eintritt, Da nun die Bewehrungen mit Rücksicht auf die festen Spannvorrichtungen dieser Verkürzung nicht mitmachen, so entstehen Querrisse an verschiedenen Stellen der Betonkörper.
