Description
Verfahren zum Herstellen von Spannbeton Bei der Herstellung von Spannbeton werden die Bewehrungseinlagen vor dem Einbringen des Betons unter hohe Vorspannung gesetzt und dann nach dem vollständigen Erhärten des Betons zur Einleitung von Druckspannungen in den Betonkörper entspannt. Da sich die zulässige Beanspruchung dieser Spannbetonkörper nach der Größe der eingeleiteten Druckspannung richtet, muß darauf geachtet werden, daß die Spannung der Bewehrungsdrähte während des Betonierens aufrechterhalten wird. Man hat dies dadurch zu erreichen versucht, daß die Herstellungshallen mit einer Iilimatisierungseinrichtung versehen wurden bzw. die Herstellung in Abhängigkeit von der Witterung vorgenommen wurde.
