Auf dem Nutboden 17 ist eine Rastnoppe 12 angeformt, die entweder in die Rastausnehmung 11 oder den Schlitz 12 des Ringabschnitts 9 des Halters 26 eingreifen kann. Diametral zur Rastnoppe 12 ist in dem Ring 2 ein radialer Schlitz 13 ausgebildet. Die Breite der Rastnoppe 12, Rastausnehmung 11 und der radialen Schlitze 10, 13 ist gleich. Die Montage des Rings 2 an dem Halter 26 erfolgt dadurch, daß der elastisehe Ring 2 in der horizontalen Ebene elastisch verformt wird, so daß er auf der. Zum Einführen von Schlüsseln wird die Rastnoppe 12 in der Rastausnehmung Il eingerastet, so daß die radialen Schlitze 10, 13 zueinander fluchten.
