Description
When processing roll films, they are created with the greatest care Treatment of scrapes and scratches, especially when enlarged ; make unpleasant noticeable on the finished pictures.
The cause of these scrapes and scratches is to be found in the fact that the film both in the camera and during its further processing in the enlarger must slide over guides and with this sliding friction even through the tiniest . adhering specks of dust suffers injuries, which are then the cause in the pictures for the above-mentioned telegraph wires. The elimination of this deficiency can only be achieved if it is possible to control the sliding friction of the exposed Avoid film areas both on the layer side and on the back.
These considerations led to the present invention in which the sliding friction on all guide members, insofar as these are necessary for recording touch certain parts of the film of an image, replaced by rolling friction will.
Sliding friction of the film occurs at the exit of the cassette, in it the camera and finally in the filming of the Kopier- b @ zw. Enlarger on. Rollers have been used to remove this friction.
In Fig. I the vertical center section of a roll film cassette is shown. Fig. 2 shows this cassette with a. Removed cover from the side: Fig.3 shows the plan of the cassette. Your individual parts are once again in the rest Characters. shown. Fig. 4 and 5 show the frame i, which on its: open longitudinal side for receiving the rollers 3 (Fig. 8) is trough-like. On the front sides the troughs 7 are the tabs 6 with the bearing holes 8 for storage of the Pin 4. The covers 2 (Figs. 6 and 7) are shaped so that they are the ends of the rollers cover with the cover 9. The warts prevent tarnishing of the frontal surfaces the pin 4. The frame i is designed so that it has the built-in rollers 3 resilient presses against each other, as in the slot 5 of FIG. 3 with their; Contact edges are visible. The film reel i i of the usual design is only for better understanding drawn in for half.
Fig. io zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch die Rollenplatte, Fig. i i ihnen Grundriß, Fig. 12 die Seitenansicht. Fig. 9 shows a camera in which the usual pressure plate by legs Roller plate 14 is replaced. The cover of the camera 12 can be used to hold the roller plate be formed with a recess 13. Fig. Io shows a longitudinal section through the roller plate, Fig. i i them plan, Fig. 12 the side view. The roller plate consists of a U-shaped pressed sheet 17, in which the rollers 18 on their Pins 20 are easily rotatable. By means of the springs 19, the roller plate 14 (shown in Fig. 9) pressed against the film that paus the cassette 16 (see: also Fig. i) is pulled out and wound onto the film roll 15. Behind the Objectively, the film only slides on its side edges over the side slide rails. 13 shows the front elevation, FIG. 1 the plan view, FIG. 15 the side elevation of the film guide for an enlarger. The guide frame consists of the cheeks 23 with the guide grooves 30. The cheeks are connected to one another by webs 24 and carry the film support tubes 25, the axes 26 of which are mounted in the cheeks 23. the on the hinge 29 hanging, fold-up mask 27 is during the displacement of the film 28 is raised.
