Description
Glasur mit hoher Säurebeständigkeit Zur Herstellung von Metall-Keramik-Verbindungen sind Glasuren erforderlich, die einen niedrigen Schmelzpunkt besitzen und bezüglich ihres Ausdehnungskoeffizienten gut zur Keramik passen. Einen niedrigen Schmelzpunkt besitzen Glasuren, die im wesentlichen aus Bleiboraten bestehen. Beim Einbrennen derartiger Glasuren muß jedoch die Brennatmosphäre oxydierend gehalten werden, damit das Bleioxyd nicht zu metallischem Blei reduziert wird. Hierbei verzundert das Metall, so daß es nötig ist, die Metallteile anschließend in Säure zu entrosten, um sie weiterverarbeiten zu können.
