trieben.
hohl.
Steuerschiebers.
Bei der in dem. Bildern i und- 2 gezeichneten
(gild 3). Hierdurch wird der Einlaß. io über die
Kämmen 2o mit :der Öffnung i3 und der Leitung 6
verbunden, ferner wird die Öffnung 12 mit der
Leitung 7 über die Kammer 18 mit dem Aussaß 14
verbunden.
Füllzylinder i aufgehoben wird.
Alexanderwerk Aktiengesellschaft, Remscheid In the case of sausage filling machines, when the sausage filling machine stops, some sausage meat still swells from the filling tube due to the cracking of the sausage meat in the cylinder, unless this is prevented by closing a special slide or by moving the piston back. However, the special barrier liver causes additional blue costs, it also extends the discharge path of the sausage meat and promotes the tendency of the sausage meat to chew. It makes cleaning the spout more difficult, and it is necessary to work with a higher pressure than would be necessary without the extension and narrowing of the spout. You can also help yourself by feeling the piston back a little after stopping in order to release the tension. This requires there is, however, a certain. exercise, because otherwise during
Backing up slightly, air is sucked into the cylinder
that, when further filling, may be in
the sausage casing could be pressed.
The discovery now relates to the Ger
design of the control of a hydnauli: sic'hen sausage
filling machine in the form that the piston during
the setting boy of the control slide in the stop
position automatically so, far back that .the
Tension of the sausage meat is lifted. The tax
Schi'eheT is automatically sioi by the pressure oil
set so that the downward travel of the piston
broken and the piston is welded together. Here-
through is the short retraction of the piston
completely automatically when switched off; executed and
the piston also automatically
active stopped. The drive back is only so short
that the sausage meat is only relaxed and no air
is sucked.
In the drawing, the invention eats in one aspect
management example shown. It shows
Figure i a schematic representation of the oil
circulation of the filling machine,

Piston upward movement,
Fig. 3 the position of the steering wheel
Detestation,
Fig. 4 the position of the control spool at the
Haltstellumg and
Fig. 5 the position of the control slider at the
Downward movement of the filling piston.
The filling cylinder i receives the sausage bread.
Above the filling piston z is the filling tube for the
Sausage casing ambgleord rivet. The filling piston 2 is
through the. Pressure piston 4 in the pressure cylinder 5 .ge
drove. In the pressure cylinder opens over the
Pressure piston 4 the oil line 6 and below it the
Oil line 7. Both lines are connected to the housing 8
of the control slider 9 included. The housing 8
shows inlet openings, gen io and ii for the pressure oil
on. In addition, openings 12, 13,
14 and 15, each of which is the location of the tax
kolbenis valley inlet for the pressure oil: or as an outlet
for: to serve the return oil. The tax, cheb: he's 9
hollow. He has: an inner chamber 28 and takes the
Piston 16 of driver 17 .auf. On his round
fang distributed, shows @er three hollow ring-shaped external
chambers; j8, i 9 and 2 o on. From the chambers i 8
and i9 channels 2i and 22 ih lead the interior of the
Control slide.
With the in that. Images i and- 2 drawn
Position, the control spool is in such a way that the pressure
oil through inlet io and chamber 18 as well
.through the opening 12 and through the line 7
flows under the pressure piston 4 and lifts it.
As a result, the filling piston 2 is also raised
and the sausage roast in the casing; pressed.
If the filling calender should stop, the control
slide 9 by levers 24 and 23 imd 'the
Take away 17 preferred. The Kolbien 16 takes
here the control spool through the oil,: dw -by
the channel 21 pours and the oil buffer 25 forms with
(gild 3). This creates the inlet. io about the
Comb 2o with: the opening i3 and the line 6
connected, furthermore, the opening 12 is connected to the
Line 7 via chamber 18 to outlet 14
tied together. The oil -flows, so through the deal
io about: the. Plunger 4 and moves it downwards.
However, this makes the downward travel automatic
limited that with the advance of the Stener
s: c'hrebers also the channel 26 under the inlet ii
has been brought. That through line 27
Incoming pressurized oil flows into the chamber 28 of the
Control slide and pushes it in the direction of the arrow
back until the Kamial 22 worse the inlet io
stands. As a result: the control spool receives the in
Fig. 4 Separated position through which the oil supply
un: d - interrupted and the plunger 4
and so that the filling piston 2 is stopped.
The proportions are chosen so that: ß the filling
Piston 2 only one-so- gerduge down, ar- tic: e-movement
makes that only the tension of the bread in that
Filling cylinder i is canceled.
If the control spool is by: the; Lift 124
continue in -the position shown in Fig. 5; in front of =
pulled, the. Oil flows through the inlet io, the
Chamber 19,: the opening 13 and the line 6 over
because pressure piston 4 and .press .this further
towards. The Rüdklauföl flows through line 7,
port 12, chamber 18 and outlet 14
back into the oil container.
