Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kunststoff-Folie aus zwei Schichten für Schmuckbänder, Verpackung, der dergleichen.
Solche Kunststoff-Folien werden gefärbt oder auch nicht gefärbt verwendet, zum Seispiel für Verpackungsmaterialien.
Werden Kunststoff-Folien für anspruchsvolle Verpackungen oder auch für Schmuckbänder oder dergleichen verwendet, so haben herkömmliche Folien den Nachteil, daß sie ein relativ "billiges" Aussehen aufweisen.
Kunststoff-Folien werden nicht nur für Verpackungen, sondern auch zum Ausschmücken von Weihnachtsbäumen, Umwickeln von Ostereiern oder dergleichen anstelle von Papier verwendet.
Dabei besteht dc,s Bedürfnis, den Kunststoff-Folien ein ansprechendes Aussehen zu geben. Die Folien sollen aber auch ihren Zweck gut erfüllen, d.h. sich gut als stabiles Verpackungsmaterial eignen. Wertvolle Stoffe, wie Atlas, Samt etc. werden zwar für die vorstehenden Zwecke ebenfalls verwendet, weisen jedoch den Nachteil hoher Kosten auf.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine preiswerte, mechanisch stabile und ästhetisch ansprechende Folie für Verpackungs- und Schmuckzwecke bereitzustellen.
EriindungsgemSß wird diese Aufgabe gelöst durch eine Kunststoff-Folie für iasbcsc-ndcrtr Sühuvuokbänder und Verpackungen, mit einer ersten Schicht aus verschäumtem Polypropylen und einer zweiten Schicht, die mit der ersten Schicht verbunden ist und nicht gewebt ist, aber gewebeartig gestaltet ist.
Die zweite Schicht kann insbesondere auch ein Faservlies sein.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen dieser Kunststoff-Folie sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Die einzige Figur zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Kunststoff-Folie im Schnitt.
Die Kunststoff-Folie (10) besteht aus einer ersten Schicht (12), die auch als Grundschicht bezeichnet werden kann. Die erste Schicht (12) besteht bei einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung aus verschäumtem Polypropylen.
Auf die erste Schicht (12) ist eine zweite Schicht (14) aufgebracht, die aus einem sogenannten "nicht gewebten Gewebe", d.h. einem Kunststoff besteht, der nicht im herkömmlichen Sinne gewebt ist, aber das Aussehen eines herkömmlichen Gewebes aufweist. Solche Stoffe sind mit bekannten Techniken herstellbar. Ausführungsbeispiele für die zweite Schicht (14) aus nicht gewebtem, aber gewebeartig aussehendem Kunststoff sind Schichten aus Polypropylen, Polyethylen, Polyester, Polyten oder dergleichen.
Die zweite Schicht (14) verleiht somit der Kunststoff-FoIie (10) insgesamt ein Aussehen, das dem eines hochwertigen Gewebe« entspricht.

Die erste Schicht (10) und die zweite Schicht (14) sind ganzflächig miteinander verbunden, z. B. durch Verkleben, Warmschweißen oder auch durch Schweißen mit Ultraschall.
^e erste Schicht (12) aus verschäumtem Polypropylen weist ein< sehr geringe Stärke von 50 bis 150 Mikron auf. In Abhängigkeit von der Anwendung der Kunststoff-Folie kann die erste Schicht (12) aber auch stärker sein.
Die zweite Schicht (14) weist ein sogenanntes Gramm von 20 bis 30 g/qm auf.

Claims (11)

Schutzansprtiche
1. Kunststoff-Folie für insbesondere Schmuckhänder und Verpackungen,
gekennzeichnet durch eine erste Schicht (12) aus verschäumtem Polypropylen und eine mit der ersten Schicht verbundene zweite Schicht (14) , die nicht gewebt, aber gewebeartig gestaltet ist.
2. Kunststoff-Folie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die zweite Schicht (14) aus Polypropylen besteht.
3. Kunststoff-Folie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die zweite Schicht (14) aus Polyethylen besteht.
4. Kunststoff-Folie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die zweite Schicht (14) aus Polyester besteht.
5. Kunststoff-Folie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die zweite Schicht (14) aus Polyten besteht.

6. Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die erste und zweite Schicht (12, 14) durch Verkleben miteinander verbunden sind.
7. Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die erste und zweite Schicht (12, 14) durch Warmschweißen miteinander verbunden sind.
8. Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der Ansprüche &khgr; bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die erste und die zweite Schicht durch Ultraschall-Schweißen miteinander verbunden sind.
9. Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die erste Schicht (12) eine Stärke von 50 bis 150 Mikron, insbesondere 100 Mikron, aufweist.
10. Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die erste Schicht (12) eine Stärke von mehr als 150 Mikron aufweist.
11. Kunststoff-Folie nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schicht (14) ein Gewicht von 20-30 g/qm aufweist.
