Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom i. Juni 1879 ab.Patented in the German Empire from i. June 1879.

Fig. 1 shows an open disinfection apparatus, the water supply of which is regulated by the valve α and the float g by means of the pipe d. The water flows at e from one point to the other, sucks in the water in the container k , mixed with disinfectant, through the sieve surrounding both points, and drives it through the pipe / to the closet to be disinfected. If the Cioseth tap is closed, valve a remains open until the water level is normal. The valve c, which is installed below the valve α , has the purpose of letting air into the pipe d when α is closed in order to maintain the same water level in d as in k . The sieve surrounding the two tips e can be partially open in order to be able to suck in a larger amount of the disinfectant mass.

Die beiden Schrägen m führen die Desinfectionsmasse den Spitzen e besser zu.Fig. 2 is a disinfection apparatus which is tightly closed by a lid η. Of the . Water inflow takes place through the shut-off valve i 1 , goes through the two tips e and sucks in the disinfection compound in the sieve i. If the Cioseth tap is closed, the water tank k is completely filled again and the disinfection compound in the sieve i impregnates the water again. If k is completely filled, the valve c l closes and the disinfection water cannot flow back. The two slopes m lead the disinfection compound to the tips e better.
