Abb. i zeigt, den Auspuffvorgang
der (Rohrkanal 3 über die Rinäkammer 6 und den Steuergehäusekanal h2 unter Druckluft;
The embodiment of the hammer shown in i shows again the three slide-controlled annular chambers 4, 5 and 6 provided in accordance with patent 847 580 in connection with the piston-controlled drilling channels 3. The invention lies in the modified control slide design. In the hammer head sits the immobile control housing f with the annular chambers 4, 5 and 6 and a small additional annular chamber hl. The pipe slide g is divided into two pipe spaces by a transverse wall. The rear, smaller pipe space is connected to the buffer ring chamber 5 via channels h4. A helical spring, not shown, between the fixed cover piece i, shown in black, and the wall surface of the movable slide holds the tubular slide in the front end position shown. The front, larger tube space is used to penetrate the piston neck, which is only a short distance tightly guided in the tube slide. In the position shown, the piston has produced relaxation in the rear cylinder space by exposing the bore channel 2 (Alb. 3), so that the spring has pushed the tubular slide into the end position shown. Fig. I shows the exhaust process when the piston is falling. The air flows out through the drilling openings 3, 3 " and -3b, so that the piston neck, which is plunging into the pipe slide, is completely relieved of pressure. Only the penetrating piston neck produces the slight compression around the slide below overcoming the small spring force into the rear end position, which initiates the impact stroke. During the impact stroke, the pipe slide channel h3 is in connection with the small annular chamber 0 and directs throttled fresh air to the piston neck surface; furthermore, the (pipe channel 3 via the rinse chamber 6 and the Control housing channel h2 under compressed air; but when the drill holes 3 and 3 "are covered by the piston, only throttled compressed air can pass through the drill hole 3b onto the ring surface of the piston the full pressure is applied (the entire piston area. Ab # b. 2 shows how the cover piece i is replaced by An Bringing a pin with the borehole h $ -and, A the cover boreholes h4. i) leads so that a spring saves wind.
fortgelassen. In Fig. 4 the fixed control housing f has been modified. The pipe valve
is replaced by a control piston g, the outside three control combs for the three
Annular chambers 4, 5 and 6 and for the small annular chamber hl and holes in the piston body
Has. The screw-on handle (Alb. I) is not shown in Fig. 4, nor is it
is the helical spring working between the cover piece i and the piston slide
omitted.
The front of the piston valve has an end face of such a size, d, ate
when the compression pressure is low, the spring force is overcome and the piston valve
is pressed into the rear end position. This end position is the slide position
for the stroke stroke, the front end position (Alb. 4), on the other hand, is the slide position
for the return stroke. The drilling channels are opened and closed in the same way,
as described for Fig. i: The essentials of both versions (Alb. i
and 3) .is that the ring surface of the percussion piston remains compressionless and only
the piston neck area is compressed on a large pressure area of the control spool,
that the slide reverses even at low compression pressure. The essentials
In both versions it is also the case that the compressed air is only throttled during the stroke stroke
and then meets the percussion piston, gradually increasing in intensity. Both measures
preventive recoil.
Der Steuerkolben g hat dieselbe Ausführung wie in Abb. 4.The hammer in Fig. 3 has for the division of the entire piston area
in two stages in the percussion piston d the hole dl, which on a fixed
Pin f1 of the control housing f runs up. The drilling channel 3 has the holes again
3, 3a and 3b. The control piston g has the same design as in Fig. 4.
