In the case of high-voltage maintenance systems, the space required by the systems
influenced to a large extent by the design of the circuit breaker. The invention relates to
now a circuit breaker, which has a columnar design and is through a
particularly low space requirement compared to the known column switches.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the disconnection knife of the switch
in a vertical or almost vertical one, at least on the outside made of insulating material
existing cylinder is arranged axially movable and that over the insulating cylinder
a frame made of insulating material is built up, the counter contact piece of the
Separating knife carries, of which then the. Aly branches go out. The pillar switch
So also serves as a carrier for the branch lines, so that special support structures
are not required for these lines in the vicinity of the circuit breaker.
isolierende Zwischenwände i i und 12 angeordnet.
In Figs. I and 2, an embodiment of the invention is in two
Views shown. r is the lower isolator, which is also the compressed air cylinder
is and the cutting knife 2 leads in its interior. On lateral metallic brackets
3 two insulating tubes 4 and 5 are built up, the upper end by a metallic
Connecting piece 6 are held together and above the counter-switching piece 7 of the cutting knife
2 wear. At 8, the connection lines shown in dashed lines are connected.
9 is a metallic intermediate piece on: the insulating rods 4 and 5. io is one
Earth line, which earths the intermediate piece 9. This means that there are overlaps between
the open contacts and through the insulators and avoid static charges
of the switched-off part prevented. In order for the tubes 4 and 5 to support the upper
Switching piece can be moved close together; are on both sides of the cutting knife:
insulating partitions i i and 12 arranged. You can with the insulating pipes
4 and 5 move relatively close to the switch blade. and thus the clearance requirement
of the isolating switch to the lowest possible level. The busbar system
13 is, as can be seen in FIG. 1, on the metal part 3 carried by the insulator r
a linkage attached. The circuit breaker according to the invention only requires a post insulator
and at the same time serves to carry the high-voltage lines, making a simple
Design of the high-voltage switchgear with little space requirement, is made possible. the
Installation at the installation site is extremely easy.
In the example described above, the movement of the cutting knife
by compressed air in the isolator of the isolating switch, which is formed into a cylinder
causes. The cutting knife can of course also be removed from the insulator in another way
be moved out, e.g. B. electromagnetically, od by a suitable linkage., Like.
