Window and blackboard cleaning devices, also called window wipers, blackboard cleaners, etc., have been around for a long time and are generally known as follows: A rubber or plastic wiper is attached to a mounting part . Underneath this there is sometimes a sponge with which the window or blackboard is cleaned with a damp cloth before it dries.
These devices have the following disadvantages:

The downward movement of the wiper part forces the liquid to be wiped down, so that it drips through the previously used wet sponges to the floor. In addition, with each downward movement, liquid collects on the wiper part and drips onto the floor and clothing, which is very unpleasant, for example with chalky water.

Another invention, which did not catch on, had a suction sponge between the wiper part and the moistening part. However, this suction sponge was too small and the water dripped from the wiper part to the floor. Removing the collected liquid from the sponge was also practically impossible.

In addition, all devices equipped with humidifying parts have the disadvantage that, in the case of windows or panels that have projections at the bottom, the wiper part cannot be pulled all the way to the projection, so that liquid drips down onto the projection in the last few centimeters.

My task was to invent a device that avoids all of the disadvantages mentioned, and even increases its effectiveness, i.e. moistens surfaces, cleanses them, dries them drip-free down to the last centimeter in one step and prevents liquid from running down. In addition, it must be possible to easily clean the device after use and remove any accumulated liquid.
