Description

The losing innovation concerns a less bulky and powerful device for securing heavily loaded components, such as a safety belt fastener, to the fixed structure of the motor vehicle.

Seats of the motor vehicle change their position. When using the seat belt buckle, it must be pulled out by hand and held in a certain position. One purpose of this innovation was to create a device for fastening seat belt buckles, where the disadvantages mentioned above are eliminated. More precisely, one purpose was to create a fastening device that can absorb large forces and at the same time is not bulky, i.e. the fastening device has a small overall length.

The above-mentioned purposes have been achieved according to the present innovation by the fastening device, which is essentially characterized in that it is composed of an angularly bent fastening arm, which has a fastening hole in its lower flat section and a recess in its upwardly projecting section through which a locking bracket is inserted, which consists of a bent element with a bottom section and two walls, which have a certain mutual distance at a certain distance from the bottom section, but are ear-shaped and compressed in the upper section and have through holes, and in that the lower part of the locking bracket is surrounded by a spring, which rests with one end against the upper edge of the fastening arm and with the other end against the ear sections of the locking bracket.

In an advanced design, the mounting arm

in the upper section provided with a pushing device or a holding element against which the spring rests. This spraying device or this painting element is intended to protect the upper section of the fastening arm or the fastening strap against wear.

In Fig. 1, a fastening arm or fastening tab 1 is shown, which has a flat device fastening section with a central fastening hole la and an upwardly angled section with an elongated recess 1b. The upper end of the angled section is curved. The recess 1b extends over the angled area up to the device fastening section.

A closure bracket 2 consists of two spaced-apart, parallel wall sections 2b and 2b', which are connected to one another via a curved section 2d. The distance between the wall sections 2b, ^2b1 is greater than the thickness of the fastening tab 1. The width of the wall sections 2b, 2b* is dimensioned such that the wall sections can be inserted into the recess 1b. The curved section 2d is guided through the recess 1b of the fastening tab 1, as shown in Fig. 2. At their other end, the wall sections 2b, 2b', after a mutually facing bend, open into superimposed closure fastening sections 2c, 2c', the width of which is greater than that of the wall sections 2b, 2b* and which have a common through hole 2a.

A compression spring 4 is supported _{, as} shown in Fig. 2, against shoulders of the closure fastening sections 2c, 2c· and surrounds the wall sections 2b, 2c, which thus simultaneously serve to guide the compression spring 4. At its other end, the compression spring 4 is supported on a shoe device or a holding element 3 in the form of corresponding recesses 3a, 3b. The holding element 3 also has a groove-shaped recess on the underside, with which the holding element rests on the upper curved edge of the closure fastening section <3θ2Γ BSfestigUngSlSSChS 1 lCSS .

Due to the design of the device according to the invention, a seat belt fastener can be attached to the through hole 2a on a fixed part of a vehicle, an aircraft or the like in such a way that on the one hand an elastic flexibility essentially in the direction of the angled section and on the other hand a fastener that is always stretched upwards can be realized. Due to the design according to the invention, the device is compact with a small overall length and can advantageously absorb large forces.
