Die Erfindung betrifft eine Paneelplatte für ein Traggerüst aufweisende Wände und/oder Decken Von Industriegebäuden oder dergleichen, bei der eine insbesondere aus Polystyrol bestehende Hartschaumkunststöffschicht, ein vor dieser angeordnetes, die Paneelsichtseite bildendes Abdeckprofil utld eine die Rückseite der Hartschaumkunststoffschicht abdeckende Schutzplatte zu einer Sandwichplatte Verklebt sind und die an zwei diagonal gegenüberliegenden Längskantenbereichen Längskantenausnehmungen aufweist sowie mit Überlappungsstegen Versehen ist, welche bei montierten benachbarten Paneelplatten unter Belassung einer äußeren Längsfuge einander überlappen.The invention relates to a panel for walls and/or ceilings of industrial buildings or the like having a supporting structure, in which a rigid foam plastic layer, in particular made of polystyrene, a cover profile arranged in front of this and forming the visible side of the panel and a protective plate covering the back of the rigid foam plastic layer are glued to form a sandwich panel and which has longitudinal edge recesses on two diagonally opposite longitudinal edge areas and is provided with overlapping webs which overlap one another when adjacent panel panels are mounted, leaving an external longitudinal joint.

Im übrigen empfiehlt es sich, die Martschaumkunststoffschicht an einer Längsstirnseite mit einer Längsnut für einen abgewinkelten Flansch eines innenseitigen Fugenabdeckprofils insbesondere aus Kunststoff zu versehen. Die rückseitige Schutzplatte kann je nach Einsatzgebiet aus einem Stahlblech oder auch einsr Span— bzw. Die in der Figur dargestellte Paneelplatte ist für die Erstellung von Wänden und/oder Decken von Industriegebäuden, landwirtschaftlichen Gebäuden oder dergleichen bestimmt. Die Wände bzw. Decken umfassen dabei ein im einzelnen nicht dargestelltes Traggerüst, an denen die Paneelpiatten zu befestigen sind. Eine einzelne Paneel·= platte besteht in ihrem grundsätzlichen Aufbau aus einer Sandwichplatte, die aus einer Hartschaumkunststoff schicht 1, einem vor dieser Hartschaumkunststoffschicht 1 angeordneten, die Paneelsichtseite bildenden Abdeckprofil 2 und einer die Rückseite der Hartschaumkunststoff schicht 1 abdeckenden Schutzplatte 3 zusammengeklebt ist. Die Hartschaumkunststoff schicht 1 ist aus Polystyrol hergestellt, während das vordere Abdeckprofil 2 und die rückseitige Schutzplatte 3 jeweils aus einem Stahlbelch hergestellt sind. Die Sichtseite des Abdeckprofils 2 kann farbig lackiert sein. Die Paneelplatte weist an zwei diagonal gegenüberliegenden Längskantenbereichen Längskantenausnehmungen 4 auf. Im übrigen erkennt man in der Figur, daß sowohl das Abdeckprofil 2 als auch die Hartschaumkunststoffschicht 1 mit Überlappungsstegen 5 versehen sind, welche bei montierten benachbarten Paneelplatten unter Belassung einer äußeren Längsfuge 6 einander überlappen. Dabei ist das Abdeckprofil 2 und die diesem zugewandte Vorderseite der Hartschaumkunststoffschicht 1 zwischen den äußeren Längsfugenkanten 7 eben ausgebildet, so daß eine besonders einfache Herstellbarkeit gegeben ist.The panel shown in the figure is intended for the construction of walls and/or ceilings of industrial buildings, agricultural buildings or the like.
