Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Extrusion von Kunststoff, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Abdichtungsbahnen großer Breite, wobei ein Extruder plastifizierten Kunststoff in eine Schlitzdüse drückt.The invention relates to a device for extruding plastic, in particular for producing sealing membranes of large width, wherein an extruder presses plasticized plastic into a slotted nozzle.
Kunststoffabdichtungsbahnen sind zunächst vordringlich für die Abdichtung von Dächern entwickelt worden. Bei derartigen Abdichtungsbahnen lag die maximale Breite bei ca. 2 bis 7,5 in. Überwiegend besaßen die Abdichtungsbahnen eine deutlich geringere Breite. Die Ursache lag in der Handhabung der Bahnen bzw. der notwendigen Anzahl von Befestigungsstellen in pro Flächeneinheit. Um auftretende Windlasten zu beherrschen, ist an Dächern eine erhebliche Anzahl von Befestigungsstellen pro m vorgesehen. Die Befestigung erfolgt in der Regel in der Weise, daß Schrauben oder Nägel im Bahnenrandbereich durch die Abdichtungsbahn getrieben und in der Dachtragekonstruktion verankert werden. Die benachbarte Bahn wird dann überlappend auf dem befestigten Rand verlegt und dort verschweißt. Das hat den Vorteil, daß die Befestigungsstellen durch die Überlappungsnaht verdeckt werden bzw. abgedichtet werden.
