The invention relates to a picnic case with variable use and compact interior space.

Well-known picnic cases are made from a variety of materials. The interiors are designed in such a way that straps or dividers are firmly attached to the bottom, lid and sides of the case to hold the picnic utensils. The straps can often be opened and closed using buckles or snap fasteners.

The disadvantage of the known designs is that the interior fittings of the suitcases (straps or other holding devices) are permanently mounted on the suitcase base, lid and walls, which means that the suitcases can only be used for folding purposes and cannot, for example, be converted into regular travel suitcases.

A further disadvantage lies in the design of the known straps, whose snap fastener or buckle systems do not allow for continuously variable adjustments, e.g. to accommodate bottles of different sizes.

Another disadvantage of the well-known picnic boxes is the lack of optimal use of space, particularly due to the lack of a functionally designed middle insert for storing utensils.

The invention aims to eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above through technical innovations that are simple to manufacture and safe in their effect.

This goal is achieved by a picnic case that has three horizontal lines that can be removed from the case's gutter wall and lid.

The advantage lies in the particularly compact use of space in the case thanks to the additional fold-up middle insert, which allows you to store significantly more items than was previously possible in a case of comparable size. The possibility of having the middle insert held securely by the opened case lid in a position folded up to approx. 45 degrees allows the user to work freely on the bottom insert with both hands.

Finally, the Velcro fastening arrangement of the straps has the advantage that the same strap can hold utensils of varying sizes and hold them tight. If they become loose over time, the straps can be easily adjusted.

Overall, it can be stated that the picnic case according to the invention achieves its advantages without complicated effort and high costs and can be manufactured without difficulty.
