Ziel der Erfindung war es, ein Druckrohr mit einem Verschluß zu finden, welcher einfach und betriebsicher zu handhaben ist, und welches in Abhängigkeit von den verwendeten Materialien in einem Druckbereich von 14-70 bar einsetzbar ist, und keinen der o.g. Das Druckrohrsystem besteht 3us einem Druckrohr (8) mit jeweils einer nahe den Enden gelegenen Nut (5). Diese Nut dient zur Aufnahme der VerschluQvorrichtung (4) und wird während der Herstellung des Druckrohres angebracht, ohne das Materialgefüge zu zerstören. Die Stopfen (3) besitzen eine Nut (1) für die VerschluOvorrichtung (U) sowie eine Nut (7) für einen O-Ring (6). Nach dem Einbringen der Stopfen (3) in das Druckrohr (8) sorgen die O-Ringe (6) für die hydraulische Abdichtung des Systems nach außen. Weiterhin sind die Stopfen (3) mit den jeweils notwendigen verfahrensspezifischen AnschluObohrungen (2) ausgerüstet. Die VerschluQvorrichtung (4) wird durch die tangential angeordnete Bohrung (9) durch das Druckrohr eingeführt und soweit hineingeschoben, bis sie längs des vollen Umfangs an der Doppelnut (1+5) anliegt.The pressure pipe system consists of a pressure pipe (8) with a groove (5) near each end.
