Diese Speziaimatratzen und Polsterungen sind einerseits aufwendig gestaltet, so daß für Vorbeugemaßnahmen derartige Bettausstattungen nicht in ausreichendem Maße zur Verfugung stehen, und andererseits die keimfreie Reinigung Probleme aufwirft. Für eine besonders hohe Tragfähigkeit und einen hohen Massageeffekt kann als Florware ein Veloursgewebe vorgesehen sein, dessen pelzartiges Gewebe mit einer kurzen, aufgerichteten und geschnittenen Haardecke eine Aufliegefläche bietet, die ein turnusgemäßes Drehe, des Patienten sowie regelmäßige physikalische Maßnahmen überflüssig macht. Zur Unterstützung des Kälte/Wärme-Effekts können die Kunstfasern z.B. aus Polyester bestehen. Auch kann die erfindungsgemäße Auflage mit einer rückseitigen Isolierbeschichtung versehen sein, so daß keine Gummieinlagen bei der Gefahr eines Bettnässens erforderlich sind. Da die Körperaufliegefläche Im wesentlichen auf den Rumpfbereich eines Menschen beschränkt ist, kann die erfindungsgemäße Auflage so ausgebildet sein, daß die Kunstfaser-Textilbahn aus Florware nur im Bereich einer Körperauf liegefläche angeordnet ist, während die Extremitäten auf atmungsaktiven Textilendteilen aus Textilfasern liegen. Zur einfachen Befestigung der Auflage auf einer Bettmatratze oder einer Liege kann diese als Spannauflage ausgebildet sein. Dabei ermöglichen die Endteile 6 und 7 eine Ausgestaltung der Auflage derart, daß sie bei Aufbringung auf ein Bettlaken dieses zumindest teilweise überdeckt, wobei die Flordecke 4 nur im Bereich einer Körperaufliegefläche angeordnet sein kann. Dadurch ist eine Anpassung der Auflage an die Abmessungen einer Matratzen- oder Rostoberfläche möglich, ohne die Flordecke 4 außerhalb der Körperaufliegefläche anzuordnen. Desweiteren kann die Natur- oder Mischfaser-Textilbahn 2 mit den Endteilen 6 und 7 als Spannauflage ausgebildet sein, wodurch eine einfache und schnelle Befestigung auf einer Matratze möglich ist.
