Description

  • Die bereits vorhandenen oder beschriebenen derartigen Öffnungsvorrichtungen an Blechdosen haben im Gebrauch gezeigt, daß diese durchaus nicht immer ihren Zweck erfüllen und oft versagen. Die Erfindung vermeidet die bekannten Nachteile auf einfache und billige Weise. Ausgehend von der Tatsache, daß ein am Deckel und ein am Unterteil der Dose angebrachter feststehender Knopf am besten geeignet ist, allen gestellten Anforderungen zu genügen, sind in der Zeichnung zwei Aüsführungsarten gezeigt, die auch die Gewähr schaffen, daß die Knöpfe stets in dem für die leichte Öffnung der Dose günstigsten Abstand stehen.
  • In der Ausführung nach Abb. 1 bis 3 wird diese Voraussetzung dadurch erfüllt, daß der am Deckel der Dose angebrachte Knopf a mit seinem auf der Innenseite des Deckels befindlichen Nietkopf in einer muldenförmigen Vertiefung 5 am Rand des Unterteiles Aufnahme findet.
  • Für die Fälle, in denen ein luftdichter Abschluß der Dose besonders notwendig erscheint, wird in Abb. 4 bis 6 eine andere Lösung gezeigt.
  • Der bei dieser Form im Deckel befestigte Knopf a ist versenkt eingenietet und kann auf diese Weise keine undichten Stellen schaffen. Durch den segmentartigen Abschnitt ist gewährleistet, daß der Deckel nur in der für die Öffnung günstigsten Stellung auf das Dosenunterteil aufgesetzt werden kann. Die muldenartige Vertiefung im Unterteil entfällt dabei.
  • Das Öffnen der Dose in beiden Ausführungen vollzieht sich durch Druck und Gegendruck mittels Daumen und Zeigefinger (s. Pfeilrichtung auf Abb. I und 4), Der Dosendeckel ist ohne besondere Kraftanstrengung zu lösen.

Claims (4)

  1. PATENTANsPRÜcHE: I. Blechdose mit Öffnungsvorrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch je einen am Rand des Deckels und des Unterteiles angeordneten Knopf (a, h), welche um etwa 2 cm zueinander versetzt sind.
  2. 2. Blechdose mit Öffnungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der am Deckel der Dose angebrachte Knopf (a) mit seinem auf der Innenseite des Deckels vorstehenden Nietkopf in einer muldenförmigen Vertiefung (c) im oberen Rand des Unterteiles Aufnahme findet.
  3. 3. Blechdose mit Öffnungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch I, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Knöpfe (a, b) an einer ebenen Fläche der sonst runden Dose angeordnet sind.
  4. 4. Blechdose mit Öffnungsvorrichtung nach Anaspruch3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß derKnopf(a) auf der Innenseite des Deckels versenkt vernietet ist.
