The invention relates to a trans.toßpufer for collecting. of bumps
high energy content, especially for railroad cars. She avails herself of the
known buffer systems, a device are used, chalbet is high
Forces destroyed by friction. The known devices of this type are for
the practical operation not readily usable, since the buffer in these
dismantled after using the friction device to return it to its starting position
or the car. j must be drawn from the company. This degrades idle times
the profitability of vehicle operation.
In contrast, the invention w1.11 an overrun buffer, in particular
for rail vehicles, limp, both the repatriation of the ano.-malem impact
Injected buffer in a normal stone position in a short time with known means
: can happen, bean @ that the car must be pulled out of operation. According to the invention
the buffer is held in its guide tube in the axial direction that between
this guide tube and a friction body connected downstream of the buffer have a high elasticity
There is tension, so that in the 11`a11 large Auflatüfstoß the friction body overcoming
the friction caused by the elastic pressure migrates in the guide tube -and
thereby taking on large amounts of work. According to a further idea of the invention
is, the guide tube; closed by a linen base and; also the friction body
provided with a slightly convex bottom; so that between
both parts results in a cavity in the axial direction. After your squeezing
of the buffer and the associated displacement: the friction body in the guide tube
is used to return the buffer to its starting position by means of its pressure transducer
known type a pressure medium pressed in dien Hiohlmaum.
in ran sieh bekannter.
längs verschiebbar gelagert und stützt sich mit dem Boden gegen den. Reibkörpers;
i sich verschiebt.
i mit dem Puffer ,a; b, e, L-'1; .e
In the drawing, the subject of the invention is shown, for example, in a longitudinal section. As: can be seen from the drawing, the buffer consists of ran see well known. Way from the buffer disk a, the plunger b, the buffer sleeve c, the buffer spring d and the clamping bolt ic. The buffer. sleeve e is mounted in the guide tube / longitudinally displaceable and is supported with the ground against the. Friction body; which rests against the guide tube f under high radial pressure. The guide red f is closed by the convex base h, and the friction body is also designed to be closed like a pot at its free end, in the present case provided with a convex base. The hollow space formed by the bottom h of the guide tube f and the bottom of the friction body i ; stands through the line L via a line opening n with your internal pressure transducer m in four bonds, normally the friction between the guide tube f and the friction body i is so great that the buffer spring d can be completely compressed without the friction body i being displaced. The force: which is necessary to move these two parts and f: against each other; should: be a multiple of the spring force, so that the buffer is never shifted due to normal operating loads, but only by abnormally large shocks, such as those that occur in the case of too sharp shunting or accidents. In this case, the buffer spring d is first compressed until the end of the plunger b guided in the buffer sleeve e is in the bottom of the pot-like buffer sleeve c! finds its abutment. As a result of the excess energy accumulation, the friction body T is now displaced with the specified frictional force in the guide tube f until the force is completely consumed. The purpose of returning the buffer to its starting position is also: the return of the friction body! in the guide tube / -required so that the original distance between the friction body i and the bottom k is restored. To. For this purpose, the portable pressure transducer, possibly with a motor drive, is connected via the line Z i to the cavity existing between the diodes k of the guide tube f and the rim of the friction body i and the friction body i with the buffer, a; b, e, L-'1; .e pushed back into the starting position until the buffer sleeve c! which the stop ring g finds its abutment. The entire buffer system can be attached to the vehicle's head support in a known manner by means of a flange h.
