Plattenteller herab gleitet.Record player with automatic record change The record player
according to the invention has an arrangement in which after playing
a plate and after lifting and swiveling the tonearm out of the above
Disc supply located on the turntable, a record is released and on the
Platter slides down.
According to the invention, in such a turntable, the axis
from a stationary, vertical part on which the plate supply is located,
consist, furthermore of a rotating with the turntable, compared to the first mentioned
Move the lexal part parallel by about half of the center hole of a record
second part through which a third idle while playing a record
Axis part protrudes, which with its end face a support for the plate supply stack
located plates, but for the implementation of the plate changing process
completes a full revolution while using one located on its end face
Pushes the bottom plate of the supply stack so far in its plane,
that this plate slides down onto the turntable.
Weise in Bewegung gesetzt.
tritt in Tätigkeit.
untersten. Platte nach links ein wenig nach oben geschoben und soll verhindern;
daß der Stift 33 weitere Platten abzieht. The turntable shaft i is driven by a gearwheel by a worm (not shown) from the turntable drive. On the 'shaft i a gear 3 and a Mitnehinerliebel 4 with a pin 5 are also firmly attached. The tonearm T itself can be rotated around the X and Y axes in a known manner. If the tonearm is in the outlet groove, ie in the innermost point of the plate, the contact 6 is closed so that the magnet 7 is excited and the pivot lever 8 attracts. As a result, the gear 9 engages with the gear 3 on the turntable shaft z. A roller ro is connected to the gear wheel 9 which sets the control disk 12 in motion, for example with a cord drive rz. A cam disk 13 is arranged on the control disk 12, at. which a lift pin 14 slides along. The control disk 12 is: itself arranged on a stub axle 1 5 which has a notch 1 6 . The pin 17, which is firmly connected to the bearing of the control disk, engages in this notch. By actuating the contact 6, the control disk has set itself in motion in the manner described. The pin 17 now moves out of the notch 16 and lifts the control disk 12 by about 5 mln. As a result, the pin i8 closes the contact i9: At the same time, the lifting pin 14 stiffens in the guide 2o slidingly under the tonearm and lifts it around, rotating the axis Y, from the record. When the control disk is turned further, the pin 14 slides along the cam piece ct and is pressed outward by the incline thereof, whereby the entire tonearm is transported into the outer position. When point b of the cam disk is reached, a contact 22 is closed by stop pin 21 on the control disk. As a result, the magnet 23 pulls the armature 2q. on, and the resilient driver lever 25, which was held by the armature until then, bends with its end upwards and is seized by the constantly rotating pin 5 of the turntable shaft and taken along by 360 °, since the circuit of the Magnetenä3 by opening, the contact 22 is now interrupted again the armature 24 has fallen off again, the driver lever 25 runs onto the armature 24 and disengages from the pin 5. Until the point c of the cam disk is reached, the tone arm now remains in the external position, and the disc ejection device is activated . By .das entrainment: the lever 25 is namely rotated here axis 31 by one revolution. The axis 31 lies in the interior of the plate plate shaft i, which is designed as a hollow shaft, and protrudes beyond the upper end of the axis i. The records still to be played rest on the end face 32 of the axis 31. A resilient pin 33 is arranged eccentrically on the end face 32 , which engages in the centering hole of the lowermost plate. Opposite the axis 3 1, a second axis 34 is arranged at a small distance and transversely to the axis longitudinal direction offset by approximately half the diameter. The axis 34 is attached to a plate holding cross member 38 and serves to accommodate the plates still to be played. At the free end of the axle 34 is; As can be seen from FIG. 2, a resilient sleeve 35 is arranged which has a semicircular recess 36 at the head end and a bevel 37 on one side. When the axis 31 is rotated, the pin 33 engages in the semicircular recess and pulls the lowermost plate on the end face 32 with it, as indicated by the arrow P in FIG ° of the axis 31 slides from the end face 32 and falls onto the turntable. The sleeve 35 is when shifting the lowest. Plate pushed up a little to the left and is intended to prevent; that the pin 33 pulls off more plates.
A device used for the safe storage of the panels in the supply stack
consists of the cross member 38 and a rail 39 which, when the magazine is fully loaded,
as shown in Fig. 3, lie one inside the other. These two parts 38 and 39, of
which the traverse 38 can be placed on the carrier 4o, are through the flat springs
41 ally with each other. This parallelogram-like arrangement makes the
Profile rail 39 always parallel to the cross member 38, are guided, d. h: @ that the
Plates are always held parallel to the turntable on the end face 32.
