Um die Verwendung einer angelenkten Kappe zu ermöglichen, nahm man bisher immer an, daß die Kappe als eine separate Einheit geformt oder in anderer Weise gebildet werden müsse, die dann mit dem Tubenkörper unter Verwendung eines ähnlichen Schraubgewindes oder einer Aufschnappverbindung oder irgendeines anderen geeigneten Befestigungsverfahrens zusammengesetzt werden müsse. Eine derartige Anordnung mochte für den Gebrauch zufriedenstellend gewesen sein.
