Zumindest die Längsseite 5 eines jeden Wandelementes 2 ist bodennah mit einem Einschnitt 8 versehen, so daß man ganz nahe an die Einrichtung 1 treten kann. Im Beispiel weist auch jede Kopf- und Fußseite 6 einen bodennahen Einschnitt 8 auf, die jedoch mehr aus Gründen der Materialersparnis vorgesehen sind. An der oberen Begrenzung 10 einer jeden Längsseite 5 ist ebenfalls ein Einschnitt 9 vorgesehen, derart, daß man sich von jeder Längsseite 5 aus bequem auf die in Gebrauchslage befindliche Matratze 17 oder auf das Bett 17 legen kann. Die höher als die Einschnitte 9 gelegenen restlichen Umrandungsabschnitte 11 begrenzen die Matratze 17, welche mit ode^· ohne Lattenrost auf wenigstens zwei, im Beispiel sind es drei Auflagestreben 16 aufliegt, die die Längsseiten 5 der beiden Wandelemente 2 miteinander verbinden. Die aus P.echteckrohr gebildeten Auflagerstreben 16 sind endseitig nach unten abgewinkelt und umfassen teilweise nach Art einer lösbaren Steckverbindung je einen Längsdrahtabschnitt 13. der gewöhnlich aus Drahtgitter gefertigten Wandelemente 2. Zur Bildung der Gitterstrukturen l4 ist beispielsweise Draht mit einem Durchmesser von 8mm vorgesehen. Die Einfassung 12 der Wandelemente 2 kann anstelle aus Draht auch aus dünnem Rohr gebildet sein, das die Gitterstrukturen Ik der Wandelemente 2 begrenzt. Beide Ausführungsbeispiele sollen verdeutlichen, daß verschiedene Ausführungsformen der Wandelemente 2 denkbar sind.
