Description
Die Neuerung betrifft eine Krampe zur in-vivo-Befestigung eines Bandes oder eines Seiles an der Oberfläche eines Knochens, wobei Teile in den Knochen eingetrieben werden und Krallzähne vorgesehen sind, mit denen die Bewegungsfähigkeit des Bandes oder Seiles eingeschränkt wird.The innovation concerns a clamp for in vivo attachment of a band or a rope to the surface of a bone, whereby parts are driven into the bone and claw teeth are provided with which the mobility of the band or rope is restricted.
Beim operativen Ersatz für z. B. ein Kreuzband des menschlichen Kniegelenkes werden als Befestigungsmittel der Enden des Kreuzbandes an den Knochenteilen, gleichgültig oh es sich hierbei um ein natürliches oder künstliches Teil handelt, U-Krampen, Zackenkreuzschrauben oder iin Bohrkanälen eingebolzte Knochenstücke verwendet (W. Blauth, "Orthopädisch-chirurgische Operationen am Knie", G. Thieme Verlag, 1986, Nr. 156 - 158). Diese Befestigungsmittel sind jedoch für dauerhafte Fixationen unzureichend, denn bei ihnen kommen ausschließlich lokal beschränkte Krafteinleitungen zwischen Befestigungsmittel, zu fixierendem Band oder Seil und Knochenoberfläche zur Anwendung. Insbesondere bei der U-Krampe wirken der Zug des Bandes und Verbiegungskräfte an der U-Krampe so zusammen, daß eine allmähliche Lockerung der Fixation begünstigt wird. Hierbei liegt das Ende 2 zwischen der Unterseite 6 des Rückenteils 7 von viereckigem Format (Quadrat, Rechteck oder dgl.) und der Oberfläche 4 eingeklemmt.
