Die Fig. 1 zeigt ein Beispiel für ein einziges Achslager 1 nach der Neuerung. Beim Einsetzen der Achse in das Achslager 1 erleidet er durch die in Richtung eines Kraftpfeils 6 wirkende Verspannung die in der Fig. 1 strich-punktiert gezeichnete elastische Verformung 5. In den Gehäuseteil 2 und den Steg 3 ist jeweils ein Ausschnitt eingeschnitten, die zusammen das Achslager 1 bilden. Bei geeigneter Formgebung dieses Ausschnitts wird die in das Achslager 1 eingeführte Achse durch die Rückwirkung der Verspannung des Stegs 3 gegen das Gehäuseteil 2 so festgehalten, dass sie sich weder in axialer noch in Umfangsrichtung von selbst bewegen kann. Die Achse ist somit eine feststehende Achse. Die zur Herstellung des Lagers notwendigen Ausschnitte aus der Gehäusewand können bei geeigneter Formgebung durch Stanzen in einem einzigen Arbeitsvorgang hergestellt werden.Fig. 1 shows an example of a single axle bearing 1 according to the innovation.
