Fritz Werner .Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin-Marienfelde Die Erfindung
Fritz Werner. Aktiengesellschaft, Berlin-Marienfelde The invention
relates to a device for transferring objects in large quantities,
in particular those of a sleeve-like or rod-like shape, to a deeper one

Guide channel emerges at a reduced speed.
These requirements are met by the device according to the invention. It is characterized in that two guide channels with adjoining inlet openings are provided, in front of which there is a two-armed lever (pendulum deflector) designed as a two-armed lever that spreads towards the inlet openings.
of the two guide channels created such a large time interval in succession that one. intermittent contact is excluded. The construction of the device is very simple, since a special drive for switching the switch is unnecessary. To promote the braking effect, the impact surfaces on the lower arm of the: F..Fendelweiche are concave and designed as resilient flaps. Further special features of the subject matter of the invention emerge from the following description.

Weiche 7 pendelt also fortwährend um.The workpieces emerge from the machine at the point indicated by the arrow z and fall into a shaft 2 which tapers downwards. A chamber 3 is connected to the shaft 2, which gradually widens and merges into two channels 4 and 5 with a common partition wall 6. - Training as a double channel with a shared partition
Grooves 4, 5 is in the 'expediently closed off by a cover made of transparent material' chamber 3 as a. two-armed. Lever formed switch 7 is arranged. The switch 7 is on! - äiz- the bottom wall of the chamber, j - li @ efes-tigteiz Bolzei # -'- 8; whose 'axis runs transversely to the direction of fall of the workpieces, rotatably mounted and is referred to as a pendulum switch. The upper arm 7a of the switch 7 is, seen in cross section, shaped like a pointed wedge, while the lower arm 7b tapers wide. The arm 7b preferably consists of two concavely arched resilient tabs 7c which act as buffering impact surfaces. The Arin 7a is heavier
is arranged. the -through. a 'screw spring is pressed against the surface of the bolt 8 and thus acts as a brake. The grooves 4.5 continue. Curved at the bottom and finally go over to a corresponding slope in one of the workpiece positions in the search belt. At the end of the channels 4, 5 a failure box 9, which is not part of the invention, is connected. This has two the continuation of the channels 4, 5 forming chambers io, ii with inclined floors, which open into a common outlet opening 1a. One side wall of the outlet opening is designed as a resilient flap 13, which can evade in the event of any malfunctions on the search belt. The operation of the device is clear from the foregoing. A workpiece falling into the shaft 2 hits the arm 7b of the pendulum switch 7, which z. B. is in the position shown. The white piece is stopped; however, the switch flips into the opposite position due to the impact of the workpiece and releases the inlet opening of the channel 5. The workpiece falls at reduced speed through the channel 5, gets into the chamber io of the discharge box 9 and hits the bottom against the inner end face 16 of the chamber, which is coated with a damping material, e.g. B. Fiber is occupied. This .front surface of each chamber is under one! such an angle inclined to the direction of movement of the workpiece that it tilts over the tip and reaches the endless search belt 14 through the opening 12 in an aligned manner. This prevents jumping back into channel 4 or 5. The belt 14 moves in the direction of the arrow 1 5. The following workpiece - turns the switch 7 back into the other pendulum position, slides through the channel 4 into the chamber @ i, i of the discharge box and through the outlet opening i2 onto the search belt. The workpieces fall in quick succession from the machine into the transfer device; the switch 7 thus oscillates continuously.
The output of the working machine guided by the device according to the invention
can also at. two separate jobs can be continued. The channels 4,
5 then run according to the position of these jobs. At each of the separately
running gutters can be a drop box with a single chamber, but with
the other features described are connected, in certain cases,
z. B. If the workpieces are transferred to a collecting container, the failure box can
