Die erfindungsgemäße Sichtkartei für die verschiedenen Datenblätter eines Patienten besteht aus einem Mappensatz mit drei verschiedenen Mappen, nämlich einer Leitdatenblättei—Mappe 1, einer Anordnungsdatenblättei— Mappe 2 und einer Pf1egedatenblättei—Mappe 3. Die Leitdatenblätter-Mappe 1 hat zwei steife Heftblätter 11, 12, die an Jeweils einer Ihrer Längsselten durch einen biegsamen Rücken 13 beweglich miteinander verbunden sind, so daß sie übereinandergekiappt werden können. Auf der Außenseite des bei zugeklappter Mappe oberen Heftblattes 11 1st eine an sich bekannte genormte Aktenblatt-Hefteinrichtung 14 angeordnet.
