in Fässern, Säcken u. dgl., verhältnismäßig rascher Zersetzung anheimfallen.. Hierbei
Als solche kommen u. a. Silicate der Erdalkalien,
z. B. Magnesiumsilicat, in Betracht.
z. B. den gebräuchlichen Magnesium-Silicat-Stabilisatoren anwendet.Process for stabilizing percarbonates It is known that
Percarbonates, e.g. B. sodium percarbonate, to decomposition and the associated loss of oxygen
tend and especially under the influence of air, e.g. B: when storing and shipping
in barrels, sacks and the like, subject to relatively rapid decomposition .. Here
the moisture content of the air promotes decomposition. Furthermore, the
Conversion of the percarbonates into solution always with more or less large oxygen losses
tied together,. About the decomposition of the percarbonates during storage and loss of oxygen
when solving, e.g. B. when preparing bleach or washing liquor to counteract this,
stabilizers are added. As such come inter alia. Alkaline earth silicates,
z. B. magnesium silicate into consideration. Ice has been found that, percarbonates,
in particular sodium percarbonate, can stabilize in a particularly good way by
so-called aerosols are used or included as stabilizers. The aerosols
have, as has been found, a very good stabilizing effect on percarbonates
in solid state and also, in solutions. Particularly good effects are achieved
if the aerosols are used in association with other stabilizers for percarbonate,
z. B. uses the common magnesium silicate stabilizers.
bzw:
hydrolysierend wirkenden Gasen oder Dämpfen in kolloidaler, sehr fein verteilter
Form, z.
geeignetes Aerosol erhält man z. B. durch Überführung von Siliciumhalogenid in,
Siliciumdioxyd. Wenn man z. B..
an Kühlflächen, z.
.Aerosols are understood to mean highly disperse substances, as they are carried out by
thermal decomposition of volatile compounds of metals or metalloids, in particular
Halogen compounds in a vaporous state, oxidizing in the presence of

Aerosol, z. B!. ,in Mengen von etwa i %, zumischt: In beiden Fällen erhält man Erzeugnisse
The aerosols can be added during the production of the percarbonate or mixed with the dry percarbonate powder or percarbonate solutions can also be incorporated. You can z. Bi. Proceed in such a way that. in the usual production of percarbonate from soda and hydrogen peroxide, about 0.5% of aerosols, based on the total mixture, are stirred into the batch liquor before the soda and hydrogen peroxide are added, and the percarbonate is precipitated in the usual way. You can z. .B '. proceed in such a way that you dry the finished; Percarbonate powder aerosol, e.g. B !. , mixed in amounts of about i%: In both cases, products are obtained that can be stored very well. By: combined use of aerosols and other substances suitable for stabilizing percarbonates, such as B. magnesium silicate, you can, as already mentioned above, achieve particularly durable products. As the above examples show, even small amounts of aerosols are sufficient to stabilize sodium percarbonate. Use of other stabilizers, e.g. B. of magnesium silicate, these can be used in the usual amounts.
Medien so
in Wasser bzw. wasserhaltigen Flüssigkeiten aufnehmen.
