Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung starrer Wälzlagerkäfige für Kegelrollen- und Zylinderrollenlager. Da derartigeKäfige hohen Belastungen -durch die Rollendrücke ausgesetzt sind, so hat man sie bisher aus einem Stück hergestellt. Es wurden hier aus dem zylindrischen Teil eines ringförmig gezogenen Bleches die Käfigtaschen derartig ausgestanzt, daß die übriggebliebenen Stege die Rollenkörper umfaßt und in ihrer Stellung geführt haben. Solche Käfige sind in ihrer Herstellung teuer, da sie aus dem vollen iBlech gezogen und gestanzt werden müssen. B. Abstandhaltern usw.
