Bei den bekannten Wischarmen ist das Kupplungsstuck an der Wischstange angenietet oder angeschraubt. Dadurch wird zwar eine sichere Verbindung zwischen Kupplungsstück und Wischstange erreicht, die aber nur mit einem relativ großen Arbeitsaufwand bewerkstelligt werden kann und auch nicht erhöhte stilistische Anforderungen erfüllt, weil die Upfe der Befestigungsmittel unschön über die Oberfläche des Kupplungsstücks hervorstehen.Such wiper arms have been known for a long time. Fig. 1 und 4). Außerdem untergreift das Kunststoffteil 37 den Steg 19 des Kupplungsstücks 18 im Bereich von dessen vorderer Stirnfläche 35 mit einem Fortsatz 48 (vgl. Fig. 2). Das Y-Stück 60 ist mittels einer Kunststoffkieme 62 an die Wischstange 10 angeklemmt, welche die LSngsflache 20 der Wischstange 10 nahezu über die gesamte Breite abdeckt (vgl. Fig. 2 und 5). Der Schlauch 61 ist in dem Bereich, wo die Wischstange 10 nicht im Gelenkteil 12 liegt, mit einer ähnlichen Klemme 63 an die WischstantX 10 angeklemmt (vgl. Fig. 2). The two hoses 58 and 59 are connected to a Y-piece 60, to which a hose 61 is connected, which is guided below the wiper rod 10, through the joint part and through the pressure spring 15 to a washing fluid container (not shown). The Y-piece 60 is clamped to the wiper rod 10 by means of a plastic gill 62, which covers the longitudinal surface 20 of the wiper rod 10 almost over its entire width (see Fig. 2 and 5). The hose 61 is clamped to the wiper rod 10 with a similar clamp 63 in the area where the wiper rod 10 is not in the joint part 12 (see Fig. 2). Both the Y-piece 60 and the hose 61 are thus securely and elegantly attached to the wiper rod 10.

Wiper arm, especially for motor vehicles

1. Wiper arm, in particular for motor vehicles, with at least one wiper rod and a substantially U-shaped coupling piece made of metal sheet, connected to a free end of the wiper rod, which has a web which rests on a longitudinal surface of the wiper rod and which connects two side cheeks to each other, to which a wiper blade can be fastened, characterized in that the connection between the wiper rod (10) and the coupling piece (18) is ensured by means of at least one flap (34, 35) cut or punched out of the coupling piece (18) and resting on the wiper rod (10), and that a plastic part (37) is snapped onto the coupling piece (18), the inner side (40) of which is adapted in shape to the shape of the outer side (41) of the coupling piece (18) and which has the edges at least in the region of the flap (39, 35) (36,39) of the coupling piece (18).

2. Wiper arm according to claim 1, characterized in that the plastic part (37) is designed as a nozzle body.

3. Wiper arm according to claim 2, characterized in that the coupling piece (18) has at least one through hole (46, 47) in each of the two side cheeks (21), into which the plastic part (37) engages with a locking projection (44, 45) arranged on its inner side (40).

4. Wiper arm according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the plastic part (37) extends at least in the region of the web (19) over the entire length of the coupling piece (18).

Wiper arm according to claim 3 and 4, characterized in that each of the side cheeks (21, 22) has an opening (46, 47) at two points distributed at least approximately evenly over the length, into which the plastic part (38) engages in a fitting manner with locking lugs (44, 45) arranged on its inside.

9. Wiper arm according to one of claims 2 to 8, characterized in that the plastic part (37) has at least one washing liquid channel (49 to 54) on both sides of the wiper arm length.

Wiper arm according to claim 9, characterized in that the plastic part (37) has on both sides of the wiper arm longitudinal extension a washing liquid channel (49, 50) pointing at least approximately in the direction of the front side of the free wiper rod end (17) and a washer fluid channel (49, 50) pointing at least approximately in the direction of the other wiper rod end (11).

13. Wiper arm according to claim 12, characterized in that the two hoses (58, 59) are connected close to the coupling piece (18) to a Y-piece (60) or the like, to which a hose (61) or the like leading to a washer fluid container is also connected.

14. Wiper arm according to claim 13, characterized in that the Y-piece (60) is clamped to the wiper rod (10).

15. Wiper arm according to claim 13, characterized in that the hose (61) leading to the washer fluid container is clamped to the wiper rod (10) at least in some areas.

16. Wiper arm according to claim 14 or 15, characterized in that the Y-piece (60) or the hose (61) is clamped to the wiper rod (10) by means of a clamp (62, 63) which almost completely surrounds the wiper rod (10).

Wiper arm according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that teeth (29, 30) and projections (32, 33) are provided on at least one longitudinal surface or longitudinal side surface (27, 26) of the wiper rod (10), whereby at least the latter dig into the softer material of the tab (34, 35) by pressing the wiper rod (10) and the tab (34, 35) of the coupling piece (18) together and/or by placing the tab (34, 35) on a longitudinal side surface (27, 28) and folding over at least part of a longitudinal surface (31) of the wiper rod (10).
