Nuten oder Sicken an den zyLindrischen Wandungsteiler: der Armatur dies Dichtungsproblem zu Lösen. Diese Bestrebungen führten jedoch insofern in eine Sackgasse, aLs die Erhöhung des Anpreßdruckes schließlich zu einer Überpressung des Materials der SchLauchwandung führt, so daß dies Material seine Elastizität verliert, die unter den in der Praxis auftretenden Betriebsbedingungen mit ihren ständigen pulsierenden bzw. impulsartigen Änderungen des Schlauchinnendrucks - beispielsweise in den hydraulisch unterstützten bzw. betätigten Lenk- und Bremsanlagen von Kraftfahrzeugen - eine wesentliche Voraussetzung der Dichtwirkung ist.
