The dimensions (clearance) of the effective advertising area are 1,160 μm x 1,720 η. This corresponds to the European Pavilion. This results in an effective advertising area of 5,985 sqm. The mounting height is approx. 2,000 m from the ground. Smaller dimensions can also be supplied on request for an additional charge. Visibility for moving traffic is excluded due to this height.

The total built-up area is 1.05 gm. The ratio of built-up area to barren area is 1:5.7.

The display surface is protected by an impact-resistant 3&eegr; thick polycarbonate/Lexan shell so that your valuable advertising poster cannot be damaged during the advertising decade. The advertising effectiveness is fully maintained throughout the entire advertising period.

The surface (back wall) on which the poster is attached consists of an environmentally friendly, non-destructive PVC Köiapur material with a smooth surface. This material is rainwater-repellent.

The posters are either held and clamped using adhesive brackets. The particular advantage is that you can hang the posters even at extremely low outside temperatures - without paste or special adhesive material.

The 120 degree arrangement of the surfaces in relation to each other means that the advertising space can be seen from every viewing angle.

Based on our experience, we placed particular emphasis on a practical, space-saving structure in order to increase the loading capacity.

It is made of a non-rusting VA steel material and has an outer diameter of 114.3 mi, a wall thickness of 2 μm and a length of 2,870 es.

When installing the ground anchors (also made of stainless steel), the seed length is 3,670 μm and the weight is approximately 33 kg.

The ground anchor has an external diameter of 127 aa, an edge thickness of 5/35 aa and a branch length of 900 m and a total weight of 16.92 kg. This is concreted into the ground.

From the ground level end there is a pipe thread that

The pipe gland is tightened or loosened using a hook wrench.

During assembly, the standpipe is pushed into the brake anchor pipe and screwed through the pipe gland - gland screw connection.

This clamping screw ensures that the standpipe is not damaged at its critical bending point by mechanical or thermal stress from welding. A break or a leak at this bending point is largely ruled out.

Subsequent repairs or paperwork are no longer necessary. A cover plate is screwed to the head end of the standpipe. In addition, there are wedge-shaped guide plates at an angle of approx. 120 degrees -

lutbleche - which accommodate the beginning of the three Rabaenträger pipes.

The wedge fitting is welded onto the frame support tube. By inserting

of the R.-beam from above into the keyway plates creates a firm but detachable

Connection. Time-consuming screw connections and corrosion spots are eliminated. A pipe clamp is mounted on free-standing light branches, onto which

the keyway plates are welded on. This pipe clamp has nine stainless steel screws.

It is also made of stainless steel. The assembly is carried out in the same way as for a free-standing standpipe.

The tension-bent frame support tubes have an outer diameter of 33.7 m, a wall thickness of 2 m and a weight of approx. 5.0 kg.

The Rahaentrigec tubes have a welded rounded wedge in the middle of the radius - as described above.

Spring steel sheets are welded onto the ends, which are connected to an isosceles angle which engages in the respective frame groove.

The frame consists of a glass fiber - carbon reinforced material. ( GPX ).

The GRP material is drawn through molds during production. The fiber direction remains in its shape. This process achieves a high level of strength. (see material specifications in Appendix h)

The Piakactähien has a length of 33 m. They have a cross beam to accommodate the isosceles angle of the support tube.

There is a removable locking bar in the lower crossbar. The two vertical crossbars of the frame have the same radius and are beveled at 60 degrees. These surfaces press against each other. There are two hats in these hats, one for the poster carrier plate and the other for the Lexan disc.

These two panels are pushed into the frame from below. The Lexan panel is automatically secured in the frame by a special groove. The poster carrier panel is held in the frame by setting the locking bar.

The locking bar can be turned to lock or unlock using two slotted bolts and a special screwdriver.

When assembling the frame, the upper hat is hung on the angle piece and pulled downwards with a pulling force of approx. 15 kp. and at the same time pressed against the lower angle until it snaps into the lower groove &bull;.

The firm connection is provided by the tension of the frame support tube. The weight of a frame is approx. 10.9 kg.

By using the materials listed, mechanical deformation is only possible by applying extreme physical forces.

We have placed particular emphasis on the physical properties of the materials used, i.e. the expansion coefficients of all materials - frame, poster carrier plate and Lexan pane - are approximately the same.

For an additional charge, the company-specific color can be dyed into the frames.

Claims (9)
