Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung an Wärmeaustauschern, die ais Rohrbündeln bestehen, in denen die Rohre in jedem Rohrbündel in parallelen Reihen angeordnet sind, wobei der Wärmeaustausch zwischen einem durch die Rohre strömenden und einem außen an den. Rohren vorbeiströmenden Mittel erfolgt. Derartige Wärmeaustauscher können beispielsweise aus Rohrbatterien für Luftvorwärmer, Rauchgasvorwärmer, Warmwasserbereiter od. dgl. bestehen, wobei das durch die Rohre strömende Mittel eine Flüssigkeit, Dampf oder Gas oder eine Mischung aus diesen sein kann. Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen darin, daß zwischen einer Einlaßkammer für ein Rohrbündel und einer Auslaßkammer für ein reit diesem in Reihe geschaltetes Rohrbündel regelbare Umgehungsöffnungen angeordnet und daß vor den Auslaßenden der Rohre des letztgenannten Rohrbündels Leitschienen angebracht sind, so daß das aus diesen Rohren ausströmende Mittel ungefähr in derselben Richtung abgelenkt wird, in der :die gegebenenfalls durch die Umgehungsöffnungen gehende Strömung verläuft.The present invention relates to a device on heat exchangers, which consist of tube bundles in which the tubes in each tube bundle are in parallel Rows are arranged, with the heat exchange between one through the tubes flowing and one outside to the. An den Auslaßenden der Rohrbündel i und 2 sind Leitschienen angebracht, die aus einer Anzahl von in Rahmen 8 ' angeordneten, zueinander parallelen und im vorliegenden Fall waagerecht liegenden Blechstreifen 9 bestehen, die um nahezu 9o° abgebogen sind und mit ihren Einlaßkanten zwischen den Enden der Rohrreihen in dem betreffendenRohrbündel liegen .sowie mit ihren Auslaßkanten in einem solchen Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind, daß der Auslaßquerschnitt eines jeden Leitschaufelkanals i.o mindestens ebenso groß ist wie der Gesamtquerschnitt der in diesen Kanal mündenden Rohre. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß man durch Anordnung von Leitschienen am Auslaß der Rohrbündel eine im wesentlichen gleichmäßige Verteilung :der durch die verschiedenen Rohrreihen eines Rohrbündels strömenden Mengen desArbeitsmittels erhält.
