Wärmetauscher.
Zusatz zu Patent . (Pat. -Anm. V 15 207 la/17 f - DAS 1 197 90?).Heat exchanger.
Addendum to patent. (Pat. -Anm.
-The invention relates to a heat exchanger in which the interior of each parallel lying to one another, combined into tube bundles and exposed to heating. th pipes, which are connected in parallel in the working medium flow and those of the cross flow The simple pipe section exposed to the heating medium is a multiple of that exposed to the parallel flow Pipe section is heated or vaporized and the pipe bundle is perpendicular or almost perpendicular pipes lining the walls of a hot gas flue connected, these tubes are provided with throttling points known per se at a distance from one another and the tube bundles shaded one behind the other in the working medium flow in a manner known per se are connected to the vertical pipes in such a way that the outlet ends of a first Tube bundle and the inlet ends of the subsequent tube bundle in one of throttle points open limited section of the associated vertical pipe, according to patent. (Patent application V 15 207 la / 17 f). -
According to the main patent, a large heat exchange surface is created in a small space, but avoiding the use of pipes with complicated shapes. Furthermore, it is easy to replace individual tubes. Furthermore, the temperatu Differences in the individual tubes of the heat exchange surface are small and there is a uniform one Warming up of the medium flowing through the pipes and a lower pressure drop achieved compared to heating surfaces with complicated tube shapes. Furthermore, frequent and intensive mixing of the agent to be heated is achieved.
·If the tube bundles now have great lengths, there is a risk that they will stick to theirs Lower free ends, causing damage to the connection points on the vertical wall pipes. In addition, there is a risk that the distances will be perpendicular to the planes of the tube bundle change, which can result in uneven heating. This shift at the intervals also takes place through an expansion of the wall pipes and the pipes of the bundle under the influence of heat, the latter especially with pure water preheating - that is, in preheaters and hot water boilers - can occur. ·
The invention is based on the object, while maintaining the advantages mentioned above bring about a further increase in the heat exchange surface concentration, as well as ways to show that these heat exchange surfaces can also be used with large draft widths, i.e. . Allow long horizontal sections of the pipes and thereby the risk of a change in the Switch off the distances between the tube bundles.

Fig. 1 shows partly in vertical section, partly in view, the structure of a heat exchanger according to the invention.
Fig. 2 ist ein lotrechter Schnitt nach der Linie Il - Il in der Fig. 1.FIG. 2 is a vertical section along the line II-II in FIG. 1.
Fig. 3 shows the horizontal section along the line III - III in Fig. 1, while Fig. 4 explains a modification of the arrangement according to Figs. I and 2, The tubes T are arranged vertically or approximately vertically and line the walls of a Train from. They arise from the distributors 2 and open into collectors (not shown) at the top a. From the tubes 1 parallel tubes 3 go out, which are each combined into a tube bundle are. These tubes open after crossing the gas train 4 delimited by the tubes 1 back into the pipes]. The pipe section exposed to the cross flow of the gases (indicated by arrows 5) is a multiple of the pipe section exposed to the parallel flow, whereby a better heat transfer is achieved. According to the main patent, at least two tube bundles consisting of tubes 3 are connected to a tube 1, which is a better mixing of the medium to be heated and a reduction in the differences in the warming results. The tubes 3 are preferably formed from U-shaped tubes, whereby their production can be simplified because the bending radii remain the same and otherwise only straight pipe runs are available. As can be seen from Figs. 2 and 3, the U-shaped Tubes 3 in a vertical plane.
According to the invention, the tubes 1 are offset from one another on opposite sides of the train arranged so that two adjacent tube bundles formed by the tubes 3 in different vertical planes and mesh like a comb.
In Fig. 2, adjacent tube bundles are shown at different heights, while in Fig. 4, the tube bundle are at the same heights.
In FIGS. 5 to 10 it is shown in which way the tube bundles can be supported namely on parts through which the liquid to be heated flows, such a support is generally necessary when the tubes 1 are further apart,

Die Rohrbündel liegen mit ihren freien Enden auf den Flacheisen auf.that is, when the tubes 3 of the tube bundle have long horizontal lengths η. In Figs. 5 and 6, the latter represents a section along the line VI - VI in FIG. 5, the support achieved in that flat iron 6 perpendicular to the level of the offset in height from one another Tube bundle are inserted. If the tube bundle is to be removed, it is necessary to remove the flat iron 6 beforehand. The tube bundles lie with their free ends on the flat iron.
Another possibility for holding the tube bundle is shown in FIG Flat iron 7 is welded to the tubes 3 of a tube bundle and bent over at the top and the hook formed in this way rests on a tube 3 of the adjacent tube bundle. The suspension according to Fig. 8 is formed in a similar manner. Figures 8 and 9 are vertical Cuts according to lines VII! - VIII and IX - IX in FIG. 5, whereby for this representation further support possibilities the flat iron 6 were omitted. Instead of eggs shown Suspension is also a support possible, with the flat bar 7 (Fig. 7) below a support is guided to an adjacent pipe 3.
Die Unterkante des oberen T-Querstückes liegt dann auf der Oberkante eines im benachbarten und zum ersten Rohrbündel in der Höhe versetzten Rohrbündels angeordneten, ebenfalls T-förmigen Distanzstückes auf.FIG. 9 shows a different type of support by placing between the individual tubes 3 a tube bundle spacer pieces 8 are inserted, which have an approximately T-shaped shape. the The lower edge of the upper T-cross piece then lies on the upper edge of one in the neighboring one and to the first tube bundle in the height offset tube bundle arranged, also T-shaped Spacer on.
Another type of support is shown in FIG. 10, only on the two lower ones Tubes 3 of a tube bundle a flat iron 9 is attached, which has a console or nose 10, through which a tube 3 of the adjacent tube bundle is supported.
The tube bundle can also be suspended from the wall of the train facing its free ends or be supported. As an example of a suspension on the opposite wall is in Fig. 11 and 12, the support of the tube bundle on a cross tube arranged in the wall 11 shown. This cross tube connects all tubes 1 with each other, whereby the uniform Warming up of the tube bundles coming from the lower lying and the higher ones Tube bundles inflowing medium is favored by further mixing. the Cross tubes are preferably arranged between two tube bundles lying one on top of the other. Lugs 13 are attached to the tube bundles and are located on brackets 14 on the cross tubes 11 trim.
Between the exit and entry of the U-shaped tubes 3 of a tube bundle are in the tubes 1 throttle points 12 used, which have an opening, which is preferably on the heated side of the pipe 1 is, release, through which, for example, steam directly upwards? can pass while water is forced to flow through the pipes 3. The order, this throttle point allows the tubes 3 of the tube bundle to lie horizontally.
