Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Belichtungseinrichtung zur Herstellung von Photogravuren auf Stöffdruckwalzen mittels eines um die Walze gelegten Filmdiapositivs. Die bekannten Einrichtungen dieser Art bestehen aus einem die zu belichtende Walze ganz oder etwa zur Hälfte umgebenden Schirm" in welchem einige Lichtquellen (Glühbirnen, Edelgasleuchtröhren od: dgl.) in gleichmäßigen Abstän-.den voneinander angeordnet sind. Die Lichtstrahlen der einzelnen Lichtquellen treffen dabei teils genau oder nahezu senkrecht oder radial, teils jedoch spitzwinklig, im Grenzfall tangential auf den Film bzw. auf die lichtempfindliche Schicht des Walzenmantels. Durch diese schräg auftreffenden Lichtstrahlen entstehen häufig Ungenauigkeiten in den Photogravuren, die die Anfertigung- einwandfreier Drucke unmöglich machen.The invention relates to an exposure device for production of photo engravings on fabric printing rollers by means of a film slide placed around the roller. Zur Vermeidung dieses Übelstandes wird daher nach der Erfindung in dem - die Druckwalze ganz oder teilweise umgebenden Schirm oder Mantel eine größtmögliche Anzahl von Lichtquellen (Glühbirnen, Edelgasleuchtröhren od. dgl.) .gleichmäßig auf den Umfang verteilt angeordnet und zwischen .den @einzelnen Lichtquellen je eine radial verlaufende Trennwand oder Blende angeordnet, die bis in die Nähe des Walzenmantels reichen und bewirk-en, daß jede der Lichtquellen nur einen verhältnismäßig schmalen Streifen des Walzenmantels bestrahlt und die Lichtstrahlen ausschließlich genau oder nahezu senkrecht auf den Film und den Walzenmantel auftreffen.
