Description
Mit einem Druckmittel arbeitende Steuerung einer Maschine, insbesondere einer Werkzeuamaschine Das Patent 1343 979 betrifft eine mit einem Druckmittel arbeitende Steuerung einer selbsttätig arbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer W:erkzeugmaschine, wobei es sich vorzugsweise um eine hydraulische Steuerung handelt. Die Bewegung eines Maschinenteils erfolgt durch einen vom Druckmittel beaufschlagten, in :einem Zylinder geführten Kolben, wobei die durch den Arbeitskolben getrennten Zylinderräume dauernd dem Druckmittelzufluß ausgesetzt sind. Den Mündungen der Zylinderabflußleitungen ist :ein elektromagnetisch gesteuertes Abschlußglied zugeordnet, das in Ab- hängigkeit von .dem in einem Zylinderraum bei Erreichung der Kolbernendstellung auftretenden Druckanstieg verstellt wird. Mit jedem Zylinder- oder Druckraum steht ein mit elektrischen Kontakten versehenes, auf den Druckanstieg ansprechendes Glied, z. B. eine Federdose, in Verbindung, deren Kontakte in dem Steuerstromkreis des erwähnten elektromagnetisch gesteuerten Abschlußgliedes liegen. Durch die Schließung einer Abflußleitung des Arbeitszylinders wirkt der Druck des zufließenden Druckmittels auf den Kolben, der seine Bewegung bis zu einer Endstellung ausführt. Bei Erreichung der Kolbenendstellung entsteht ein Druckanstieg oder ein Druckimpuls, der die Schließung eines Stromkreises zur Folge hat, wodurch das elektromagnetisch besteuerte Abschlußglied derart verstellt wird, daß die bisher geschlossen gehaltene Abflußleitung sich öffnet, während gleichzeitig die Abflußleitung des anderen Zylinderraums geschlossen wird, so daß sich der Arbeitskolben nunmehr in entgegengesetzter Richtung bewegt. Gemäß der Erfindung sind dem elektromagnetisch gesteuerten Abschlußglied verstellbare Anschläge derart zugeordnet, daß die Mündungen oder Düsen der Zylinderabflußleitungen in veränderlicher Größe freigegeben werden.Control of a machine, in particular a tool machine, that works with a pressure medium.
