Zeitaufwand erfordert.Rotating device on feed devices of hot pilgrim step rolling mills
At d ° ti previously known pre-hauling devices from hot pilger step rolling mills
the overturning angle when pilgriming a pipe depends on the stroke of the retrieval rod.
The consequence of this is that the pipe during the pilgrimage because of the small
Strokes are rotated only a few degrees instead of about go °, whereby the pilgrimage,
especially with large pipe dimensions, is very difficult and a considerable
Requires time.
The invention relates to a device on Vorholapparaten, the one
Avoidance of the disadvantages described allows, namely that of the
Control cocks from a device on the Vorholapparat is adjusted so that the
Overturning angle also during the pilgrimage with each lift of the retrieval linkage, for example
Is 9o °. The device consists of a rotatable pawl holder known per se,
which its rotary motion according to the invention from a running at constant speed
Motor receives via a continuously variable, preferably oil-hydraulic transmission.
Up until now, rotating pawl holders have only been used to help with the actual
On a pilgrimage, not on a pilgrimage, to achieve an overturning angle of around 9o °.
The related direct drive of the pawl holder by means of an in the
Speed adjustable DC motor, however, has not proven itself, namely
This is because the engine only does very small tours during the actual pilgrimage
is running, which is known to be in continuous operation to the imminent
Destruction of the
Motor leads. In addition, the pawl holder at the moment in
which the workpiece is gripped by the pilger rollers, but not yet moved backwards
is suddenly stopped when it rotates so that the pawls
Do not slide over the ratchet wheel, but engage in its teeth. Just
this direction of rotation is required when using the rotatable pawl holder
also wants to use it for pilgrims to achieve a overturning angle of about 9o °.
The sudden deceleration of the pawl holder would occur with direct motor drive
also lead to a sudden braking of the motor and therefore to its destruction.
The activation of an infinitely variable oil hydraulic drive eliminates the
Disadvantages of direct drive in that it allows the motor to run at constant speed
permitted, even if the speed or the direction of rotation of the pawl holder
should be changed, or if the pawl holder suddenly comes to a standstill
is brought. Namely, from the control platform, the translation of the continuously variable
adjustable transmission can be set so that any speed including
Zero and any direction of rotation of the pawl holder can be achieved.
But if, as described above, the pawl holder is suddenly braked, so
there is also no overload of the running motor, since the C51 at
a certain maximum pressure that can be set in advance.
Annahme still.
The subject matter of the invention is illustrated by FIGS. FIG. I shows such a retrieval apparatus with parts of its bed in elevation, namely in a section along the plane 1-I of FIG. 2, FIG. 2 a section along the plane II-II of FIG. 3 shows a section along the plane III-111 of FIG. 2 in elevation, FIG. 4 shows a section along the plane IV-IV of FIG. 1 in side elevation, FIG. 5 shows a plan view of parts of FIG In the figures: i denotes a twist spindle, which in the present example is axially held by the bearing 2, 3 a ratchet wheel that is attached to the twist spindle by means of a wedge 4, 5 the pawls, which are secured in a known manner by springs 6 are pressed against the ratchet wheel 3 and are stored, for example, in bolts 7, 8 the ratchet holder, which is rotatably mounted in bearings 9 in the housing io of the retrieval device, ii a worm wheel that is attached to the ratchet holder 8 and is driven by a worm 12 , 13, 14 are coupling spindles or coupling sleeves, which establish the connection between the worm 12 and the bevel gear pair 15, 16 is a longitudinal shaft which receives its drive from a bevel gear pair 17. The latter is connected by a shaft 18 and a Kupp-Jung i9 to the continuously variable reduction gear 20, which is driven by a motor 2i running at constant speed via a clutch 2 <. The continuously variable transmission preferably consists of two oil hydraulic pumps, e.g. B. Thomas pumps, of which the primary pump 23 is driven by the motor and the 01 feeds the secondary pump 24, causing the latter to rotate. The inclined position of the primary pump can be adjusted from the control platform by means of a known servomotor, which changes the amount of oil delivered and therefore also the output speed of the secondary pump 24. If the primary pump is in its zero position, it does not deliver COI, the secondary pump stops, even if a torque is exerted on it from the output side, ie from clutch i9. If the primary pump is swiveled beyond the zero position, the secondary pump 24 changes its direction of rotation. The mode of operation of the device is as follows: The pitch of the twist spindle is chosen so that the overturning angle during pilgrimage is 90 ° when the rotatable pawl holder 8 is held. This assumption is made for the sake of simplicity; The following statements are also valid if the pawl holder has to be rotated slowly at a constant speed with a different pitch of the twist spindle so that an overturning angle of about 90 ° is achieved during the pilgrimage. Before the start of the pilgrimage, that is, as long as the Vorholgestänge 25 does not perform any back and forth movement, the rotatable pawl holder 8 is given such a speed by the continuously variable reduction gear 2o that the twist spindle rotates about 9o ° with one revolution of the pilger rollers. The pawl holder must rotate in the direction indicated by an arrow 26 in FIG. 2 so that the pawl 5 can engage in the ratchet wheel 3 and cannot slide over it. During the pilgrimage, ie when the Vorholgestänge 25 executes a gradually increasing from zero to a maximum stroke, the speed of the rotatable pawl holder 8 is gradually reduced to zero from the control platform via the continuously variable reduction gear 2o, in such a way that the overturning angle at each stroke is approximately 90 °. After the end of the pilgrimage, the rotatable pawl holder stands still in the case of the assumption made at the beginning. As already mentioned in the introduction, the pilgrimage is made much easier and the time to pilgrimage is significantly reduced, especially with large pipes, if the overturning angle is 90 ° during pilgrimage, which is achieved with the device described above. The same device can advantageously also be used to turn the mandrel lock into the correct position for receiving the pilgrim mandrel before inserting a new pilgrim mandrel. The subject matter of the invention is not limited to the construction of a retrieval device shown in FIGS. It is also by no means necessary to set up the motor 21 and the reduction gear 20 in a stationary manner and to derive the rotational movement of the pawl holder 8 from a longitudinal shaft 16; only the motor 21 with the primary pump 23 are arranged in a stationary manner, while the secondary pump 24 is set up on the Vorholapparat io and receives its 01 od via telescopic tubes. Finally, instead of the oil-hydraulic transmission, other continuously variable reduction gears can be used, but then special precautions must be taken, such as self-locking of the worm gear i 1, 12, slipping clutches, etc., which are unnecessary when using the oil-hydraulic transmission.
