Method and device for geodetic helicopter location A. Target and

To enable quick triangulation (quick triangular measurement).
'Man verwendet an Halteseilen befestigte, unbemannte
State of the Art One of the newest methods of triangulation takes place
one in the so-called high-goal triangulation, which is largely the most time-consuming
and expensive signal and scaffolding structures, which are made before the actual observation
are to be created, come in discontinuation. There are signal and scaffolding structures in place
moving high targets for use. 'They use tethered, unmanned
Balloons that are almost always larger than the point on the ground they are supposed to replace

Difficult auxiliary measurements (laying down, centering, distance measuring trains) required
are. As instruments come both for these auxiliary measurements and for the next
distant point of view from which the high goal is cut, the
hitherto customary angle measuring instruments, such as theodolites, for use with photographic
Part circle registration are equipped. The required simultaneity in
the observation, for the theodolites involved in the observation of the ray standpoint = target point,
is triggered by radio. C. Technical problem The problem should be a solution

same; can be saved and thereby the observation process as a whole
experiences a shortening.
Photoapparat i zur Registrierung weitergeleitet.
i zur Registrierung geleitet.
E. Erreichter Fortschritt Die Hochzieltriangulation
Solution of the problem In order to solve the problem it is obvious to use a high goal which has a greater degree of persistence with regard to its point of view and which can be easily directed. A standard helicopter is used as an approximately centric high target, as it has all the advantages. It is used as a high target above the ground point a and cut from the new point b, taking into account the definition c, with a theodolite by angle measurement (partial observation of a backward incision). A circular base bar d is attached under the helicopter as a basis for deriving the eccentricity of the high target. The base bar shows an ellipse when the helicopter is not in a horizontal position. Due to its respective largest diameter, it always results in the same base. A metal button is hung in a ball joint as the target point mark e on the high target. As a result of its own gravity, the target point mark e hangs to a sufficient extent in the vertical. The instrument for recording the eccentricity of the high target, which is set up above the ground point a, has a main telescope f, which is rigidly in the vertical and can be rotated in the horizontal, in order to compensate for any errors in the target axis k in the course of the individual observations to be able to. The leveling of the instrument takes place with a generally customary level device of high accuracy. An ordinary tripod with a plumb bob is used to set up the instrument. The instrument has a theodolite tripod with adjusting screws for its leveling. The instrument is equipped with an auxiliary telescope g so that the high target can be guided and instructed approximately over point a on the ground. The image of the high target captured by the main telescope f is passed on through a prism device h by refraction to the camera i for registration. In the same work step, a bus terminal j, which is customary in general use, is recorded, which is illuminated by an electrical light source. The bussole j lies centrally under the sighting axis k, the image of the same is also passed through the prism device h to the camera i for registration. So the film brings a high-aim and a kissing shot. It shows firstly the position of the high target in relation to ground point a and secondly the position of ground point a in relation to magnetic north. The magnetic north direction is improved, taking into account the needle deviation (declination), so that geographical north o can be used for the evaluation. In the evaluation, which is carried out graphically (photographs can be evaluated up to 1 / bo mm), geographically north o is transferred from the Bussolenaufnahme to the Hochzielaufnahme. The extended sighting axis k shown on the film, caused by the crosshairs of the main telescope f, and the target point mark e shown on the film form the route n. Route na is sought. The depicted, possibly no longer circular, basic staff L, together with the actual basic staff d, form the ratio for calculating the distance m (d: l = m : n). The direction angle f formed by the distance n and geographically north o is used to determine the coordinates (sin p - m and cos p - m) for the target point mark e aimed at at the moment of observation. The simultaneity in the observation is triggered by the observer at the new point b at the most favorable observation moment via the radio after the readiness for observation has been reported to the observer at the new point b via the radio. For this purpose, the camera i attached to the instrument is equipped with an electromagnetic remote release by means of a relay (connection to the radio equipment), which is customary in use. The triggering of the photographic partial circle registration on the theodolite of the new point b takes place at the same time as the triggering of the registration on the instrument of the ground point a. E. Progress achieved The high-target triangulation according to the inventive method of geodetic helicopter location enables, in addition to the complete elimination of auxiliary measurements for centering, the saving of personnel and means of transport (vehicles) for the balloon envelopes with the associated wire rope drums and gas bottles. Furthermore, there is no need for the observation device and the balloon equipment to be transported to hard-to-reach points by carriers. In the new method, the helicopter locating device, radio device and the observer are transported effortlessly and quickly from one observation station to the other with the help of the helicopter. The high-target triangulation using a balloon has not yet become so widely accepted as compared to the earlier methods, due to the fact that the device is still extensive. The high target triangulation by means of helicopters and helicopter locating devices brings with it an economically more favorable and shorter observation option. The most economically profitable use will therefore be for large area triangulations in flat areas and in general where expensive signal and scaffolding structures can be saved.
