Verfahren zum Entwollen gegerbter und roher Pelz- sowie Hautabfälle
unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Leimgewinnung
Es ist bekannt, daß gegerbte sowie rolle Haut-
abfälle, eleriso Pelzabfälle, in Auwesenlieit von
Säure einige Stunden ini offenen Bottich gekocht,
ein mehr oder weniger geschädigtes textiles Mate-
rial ergeben. Die 1iautanteile werden hierbei völlig
abgebaut und zerstört. Ein anderes Verfahren, das
nur für rö'lie Abfälle verwendbar ist, arbeitet so,
claß die :11>fülle während ; bis 6 Tagen abwech-
selud in Bottichen oder Gruben unter Einwirkung
verschiedener Chemikalien dergestalt auflic@reit:^t
werden, daß nach ileendigtei- Behandlung die Haare
mittels Schabeeisen von den Hautteilen entfernt
werden können. Die sog. lil(*ilien werden den Leim-
fabriken zur Verfügung gestellt. Darüber hinau3
gelten geeignete Fellabfälle ebenfalls als Rolistoft
für die Leimindustrie. Infolge alkalischer Belland-
lung wird hier der textile Anteil auf Kosten der
glutinbildenden Hautteile zerstört.
Folgendes Verfahren wurde gefunden, um in
einem fortlaufenden :=lrbeitsgang, weit unter Koch-
ternperattir und sparsamstum Chemikalien- und
Dampfverbrauch, sowohl den textilen Anteil als
auch den Hautleim vorn rohen und gegerbten Pelz-
bzw. Hautabfällen gleirlizeitig zu gewinnen:
Die rollen und gegerbten Pelz- und Hautabfälle
werden in einem säurebeständigen Bottich oder
