In order to achieve acceptable torques, it is known to make the flank angles of the internal and external threads of the piston attachments and the output shafts steeper, for example, greater than 45 degrees, which has been usual up to now. This increase in the steepness of the threads does indeed lead to the desired torques, but only at the expense of a larger internal length of the devices.

Based on this state of the art, the invention is based on the object of creating a device of the type mentioned above, which enables the transmission of comparatively higher torques, while avoiding the aforementioned disadvantages, but while maintaining the previous comparable lengths.
