Naßrasierapparat mit überstrecktem Rasierkopf
1. Zweck dieses Gerätes ist es, eine schonendere Rasur zu bewirken und die Lebensdauer der Rasierklinge zu erhöhen.
2. Der Kopf zur Aufnahme der Rasierklinge ist bei herkömmlichen Naßrasierapparaten im 90-Grad — Winkel zum Griffstück angeordnet. Durch diese Anordnung trifft die Klinge beim Schnitt stumpf auf das Barthaar auf und durchtrennt es. Dieser Umstand bewir*vt einen relativ frühen Verschleiß der Klinge und bei wiederholt verwendeten Klingen mit nicht mehr ausreichender Schärfe tritt das bekannt unangenehme "Rupfen" bei der Rasur auf.
3. Ziel meiner Überlegungen war, beruhend auf dem Prinzip,
daß Schnitte allgemein so ausgeführt v/erden, daß die Schnittfläche des Schnittv/erkzeugs schräg auf das Schnittgut auftrifft und es dann durchbrennt, den Rasierkopf so anzuordnen, daß er diesem Prinzip möglichst nahe kommt.
4-, Der Rasierkopf eines herkömmlichen Naßrasierers wurde nun von mir mittels Erwärmung des Materials auf einen Winkel von ca. 125- Grad zum Griffstück überstreckt. Der Schnittvorgang kommt nun bei gerader Führung des Griffstückes dem unter 3· beschriebenen Prinzip möglichst nahe und bewirkt' dadurch einen sanfteren Abschnitt dea Barthaares und eine längere Lebensdauer der Klingenschärfe.
