betrifft eine Schneidevorrichtung, insbesondere für Nahrungsmittel, bei der das
zu behandelnde Gut mittels einer handbedienten Zuführeinrichtung einer von Hand
um eine waagerechte Achse drehbaren, mit Durchbrechurngen und Mes,seirn versehenen
Schnei.dscheibe zugeführt wird, und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dlaß die Schne'id'scheibe
am einen Ende eines waagerechten, zur Drehachse parallelen, zur Aufnahme dies zu
behandelnden Gutes bestimmten Troges drehbar gelagert ist, und draß an diesem Trog
ein Schlitten längs verschiebbar geführt ist, der einen zum Anfassen mit der Hand
bestimmten Halter und einen in den Trog hineinragenden Mitnehmer zum Vorschieben
des Schneidgutes aufweist, wobei der Bedienende die Vorrichtung mit der dien Schlitten
erfassenden Hand tragen., mit dler anderen Hand die Schneidscheibe drehen und durch
Verschieben des Schlittens gegenüber dem Trog den Vorschub des. Schneid!gutes steuern
kann. Mit eigner solchen Schneidvorrichtung lä&t sich bei geeigneter Ausbildung
eine vorzügliche Anpassung der Vorschubsteuerung dies Schlittenfis und. damit. dies
Schneidgutes an die jeweiligen, -durch diebetireffende Art des Schneidgutesi bestimmten
Verhältnisse erreichen und damit 'auch ein einwandfreier Schnitt erzielen. Es können,
daher auch die verschiedenstem Substanzen ohne Schwierigkeiten; geschnitten werden,
wie z. B. Gemüse, seien, es Kartoffeln, Rüben, Zwiebeln oder sonetige Gemüsearten,
ferner Würste, und zwar nicht nur feste Dauerwürste, sondern, auch weiche, wie z.
B. Wiener Würstchen, ferner die verschiedensten Käsesorten usw.
