The invention relates to a Sch.erapparat for razor cut with
Upper and lower knife, in which the open-toothed upper knife going back and forth
rests bent in its longitudinal direction on the equally curved resting lower knife.
This has various advantages, namely: The knives are evenly positioned
on the skin; the hair is well straightened and it is a quick shear
possible; Depressions in the neck and face can be easily identified; the upper knife
can advantageously be produced on an endless belt.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
It is Fig. I a longitudinal section through the shaving head of the apparatus, with parts of the
Knife drive in view, Fig. 2 is a cross section of the shaving head, with parts of the
'Knife drive in view, Fig. 3 is a plan view of the shaving head.
Bolzen io drehbar gelagerte Hebel i i, in dessen Ausnehmung 12 ein Kurbelzapfen
13 der Antriebswelle 14 eingreift. Die Welle 14 wird von einem nicht dargestellten
Motor angetrieben.
The lower blade i, which is openly toothed on both sides and bent in its longitudinal direction, is fastened to the shaving head 3 by means of the two screws 2. Above this lower knife i lies the very thin upper knife .4, which is also curved in the longitudinal direction and open-toothed on both sides, with a flat cross-section. In the slots 15 at the ends of the upper knife 4, the ends 5 of the resilient bracket 6, serving as a drive element for the upper cutter, engage. This bracket 6, the ends of which tend to move away from each other, tension the upper cutter 4 continuously. A spring 7, which is supported on the one hand against the head 3 and on the other hand against the bracket 6, ensures that the upper knife 4 is pressed against the lower knife i. The fork 8, which is rotatably mounted on the bolt fixed in the apparatus housing 9, is in engagement with the bracket 6. Firmly connected to the fork 8 is the lever ii, which is also rotatably mounted on the bolt io and in the recess 12 of which a crank pin 13 of the drive shaft 14 engages. The shaft 14 is driven by a motor, not shown. When the crank pin 13 rotates, the lever ii oscillates with the fork B. The latter transmits the oscillating movement to the bracket 6 and this to the upper knife 4. Since the slots 15 are so long that the ends 5 always only on the outer edge If these slots are adjacent, the right end 5 pulls on the upper knife when moving to the right, whereas the left end 5 when moving to the left .
