Die waagerechten Schenkel 3a bzw. 4a (Fig. 2) der als Winkel ausgebildeten klauenformigen Klemmelemente 3 bzw. 4; weisen an ihren äußeren Enden jeweils einen Wulst 3b bzw. 4b auf. Gegenüber diesen Wulsten 3b bzw. 4b sind auf dem plattenförmigen Trägerelement 1 zusätzliche Wulste la bzw. Ib angeordnet. Durch diese Wulste ist die Haltevorrichtung gegen unbeabsichtigtes seitliches Verdrehen von dem Metallstab 5 gesichert. Der Draht 6 wird durch die durch den Bügel gebildete Öse gehalten. Durch den Einführungsspalt 2a, den der Bügel mit dem Trägerelement bildet, kann der Draht 6 in die Öse eingeschoben werden.
