Letztere ist zwar behelfsmäßig vorhanden, wenn man etwa im Stehen Vermerke in ein Notizbuch einträgt, doch kommen häufig auch solche Situationen vor, in denen dies zu umständlich oder sogar unmöglich ist, sei es, daß man mit beiden Händen laufend andere Verrichtungen auszuführen hat, sei es, daß zum Aus-der-Tasche-Ziehen, Aufschlagen und Wiedereinstecken eines Notizbuches die Zeit oder auch die hierfür nötige freie Hand fehlt oder daß sich der Gebrauch eines Notizbuches oder auch nur eines Notizzettels überhaupt verbietet.
