sogenannten substantiven Farbstoffe verwendet.Process for pickling yarns, fabrics and the like for certain groups
of textile fibers, such as. B. with vegetable fibers, such as cotton, or
in the case of synthetic fibers, which are produced from cellulose using various methods
it is necessary to carry out a certain pretreatment, the so-called
Mordant to make them susceptible to dyes, if one does not have dyes like that
so-called substantive dyes are used.
So far, the pickling has been made so that the solution is easy
hydrolyzable metal salt was applied to the fiber. The soaked
The yarn was then steamed, i.e. H. treated with superheated steam, whereby
a hydrolysis of the salts takes place and these break down into colloidal basic salts.
This creates a fixation on the fiber. The invention has an improvement
of the method described and is that the impregnation
of the yarn under the entry low-frequency ultrasound takes place, whereby
intensive saturation and extremely even distribution of the salt solution
is guaranteed. It is useful for this purpose to include ultrasound with a frequency
ioo kHz for use. The ultrasonic frequency is essentially that low
to be measured so that dispersion occurs but no coagulation occurs.
Ultraschall' behandelt: Bei entsprechend niedrig bemessener Ultraschallfrequenz
The invention also makes it possible to dress yarns and fabrics
make such that the yarn or fabric in the solution of a sol, for. B.
Silicic acid sol or aluminum hydroxide sol, brings in for impregnation and thereby
with
Ultrasound 'treated: With a correspondingly low ultrasound frequency
there is still no coagulation of the sol, but a promotion of the dispersion
a. After this treatment, a separate process can be used to remodel
from the sol to the gel. Ultrasound can also be used for this purpose
be, .where. but it is advisable to work with a higher ultrasonic frequency.
The yarn or fabric can then be exposed to ultrasound at such a higher frequency
that coagulation to the gel occurs. The gel can then adsorb the dyes
to tie.
An exemplary embodiment according to the invention will be described below.
Weinstein vom Wollegewicht angesetzt.
Kochtemperatur, noch etwa i Stunde in dein Anad.
To z. B. To dye wool extremely real, chrome stain is used, which is suitable for all colors with the exception of the red tones. The brewing bath is made up of an amount of water corresponding to the wool with 30 / o bichromate and 2 '/ 2' / 0 tartar of the weight of the wool. You go into this with the well-cleaned goods at around 70 '. In the Ansudbäd a sound field is generated at the same time either by immersing a sound generator or by exciting the whole vessel or part of the vessel wall. The sound density is expediently several @ \ 'att / cm2. The color material remains in your anad for about an hour while it is brought to the boil and after the boiling temperature has been reached. - Acli the pickling is rinsed and colored. Alizarin dyes and others can be used on such a staining.
