Bis vor kurzem wurden für derartige Zwecke normale Senkkopf-Holzschrauben benutzt, wobei zum Ausgleichen der Unebenheiten eistische Beilagen zwischen die Unterkonstruktions-Teile und die diese tragenden Bauteile eingebracht werden mußten, was einen verhältnismäßig großen Zeit- und Arbeitsaufwand erforderte. In jüngster Zeit sind auch bereits von dem Anmelder vorgeschlagene Spezial-Schrauben bekannt geworden, die unterhalb des Senkkopfes eine auf dein glatten Schraubenschaft drehbar angebrachte und auf der Außenfläche ringförmige Vorsprünge aufweisende Buchse mit vergrößertem Durchmesser und einen weiteren in einem gewissen achsialen Abstand beginnenden mit einem normalen Holzgewinde versehenen Abschnitt aufweisen. Eiiese bekannten Spezial-Schrauben sind zwar geeignet, die Anbringung von Unterkonstruktionen zu erleichtern und zu beschleunigen, erfordern jedoch einen verhältnismäßig großen Herstellungsaufwand wegen ihrer mehrteiligen Ausbildung und mehrere Bearbeitungs-Schritte erfordernden Konstruktion, was zu einem ziemlich hohen Preis führt, der einer allgemeinen Anwendung hinderlich ist.The innovation extends to a countersunk screw, in particular for connecting wooden substructure parts for cladding with load-bearing components such as Walls, ceilings or the like with uneven surfaces.
