Dies ist nur der Fall, wenn der Schütze das Gewehr in Anschlag bringt, wodurch er mit der Schulter auf Blatt d drückt und somit Schiene c nach vorwärts, f aber nach rückwärts bewegt und den Abzug freimacht. Um aber ein Auslösen des Schenkels f aus dem Abzug durch blofses Aufstellen des Gewehres auf den Boden u. dergl. zu verhindern, ist im Vordertheile des Kolbens eine weitere Sicherung angebracht.
